There are *NO* sub-divisions of Christianity. You're either a disciple of Christ or not. A Christian is someone who follows God's word, not a religion. Who obey the Father and follow his will; not man's nor their own heart's. Unless you keep Jesus' commandments, think not the Holy Spirit will dwell within you!

I have friends like this, they fast ramadan with me, pray with me, struggle with the divinity of Jesus, but cannot bring themselves to leave Christianity.
It breaks my heart and I make dua for their guidance every day.

I know EXACTLY what you mean, one of my guys is killing me. The best reasoning I could get out of him was that he doesn't want to disappoint his family or leave the way of his ancestors.

Keep making dua everyday I had a christian friend who was stubborn for so long and one day he came to the mosque with me spontaneously and accepted Islam. He had a different look on his face, I can’t explain it. Guidance is from Allah SWT at the end of the day.
You can give them dawah by taking them to Eid events, family events, surround them around good Muslim people. Let them see for themselves.

If someone were to be treated harshly, as in you are poor, mistreated, tortured, violated or killed in this world, you don't ask whether Allah is treating you fairly, because He will always compensate you. So the original question is already correct.

A good christian will follow the true teachings of Jesus(pbuh) which will in turn lead to following the last and final messenger Muhammed(pbuh).
A true follower of Jesus Christ will never kiss a black stone in mecca. Kissing the Kaaba is pagan practice from arabs.

based on some hadits Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) kiss the blackstone. But since there is no further explanation about this action, this is not a mandatory action to be done by muslims. As for the reason behind this actions, since there is no exact explanation either:
1. To show his respect to Prophet Abraham. According to the history, the blackstone was given to Prophet Abraham in the process of building kabaa. So the blackstone is the icon of Abraham heritage.
2. To show his longing for Mecca (Makkah). History said that hajj al wada' (farewell hajj) is the only hajj ritual ever done by prophet Muhammad, and the only occasion he ever back to Mecca after settled in Madina, whereas Prophet Muhammad had very great love to his hometown.
3. To show gratitude to Allah SWT, since Prophet Muhammad entering Mecca with glory
