@@thesevenpensalthough you do not recommend XenceLabs. I bought it because it's currently on sale in our retail store, and I managed to get it for 256.80 USD. and it's a massive upgrade for me coming to XP Pen Deco MW.

The Drawing Tablet recommendations on your website is very helpful. A sort of ranking for similar models (For example in the 16-inch models) for comparison purposes would be very helpful.
The way it is on the website now we can't know if you think the XP-Pen Artist Pro 16 GEN2 is ahead or behind the Huion Kamvas Pro 16 and Wacom Cintiq 16.
If there was a ranking or a grade it would help a lot to understand the strengths and weaknesses of each model when compared to its direct competitors.

I will add a comparison of some 16" models early in the next month or so.

I don't know if you will do reviews of specific models here on your channel but a direct side-by-side comparison of similar Pen Displays across top brands like Wacom, Huion and XP-Pen it would be amazing.
    For example:
A video for the dispute between the 16" ones: Cintiq Pro 16 x Kanvas Pro 16 x Artist Pro 16 (Gen 2).
A video for the dispute between the main of 12/13"
Another video later for the 22/24"
Assigning points for different topics like drawing experience; stroke precision; construction quality; colors.
This type of ranking helps a lot to measure the pros and cons on a scale with the direct competitors of the pen display of similar sizes or prices.

I have written a comparison docs.thesevenpens.com/drawtab/product-info/7p-notes-other/7p-notes-huion-gs1331-xppen-cd130fh and might do some more in the future. I think a lot of people would like to see the 16" models compared for example.

@@thesevenpens - This is exactly the kind of pen display comparison I was looking for. Your photos comparing "Diagonal wobble" and "Parallax" between the main brands are GOLD, really precious. This is the type of information that more people should have access to. I hope your channel grows even more until it reaches the number of views that the quality of this content deserves.
I hope you can do this type of analysis with the main 16-inch Pen Displays too.
I'm thinking about buying an XP-Pen Artist Pro 16 GEN2 and looking for this type of analysis, but there are few in-depth reviews like this one.

First, thank you very much for your incredible work! I was searching for a pen display for my little sister (she is that 5% who cannot get used to pen tablets), and decided to buy the Huion's kamvas pro 16 2.5k, but then I saw a lot of negative reviews on Aliexpress where people were complaining about extreme level of display noise. I couldn't understand why such a popular tablet has such terrific flaw, but after watching your video it made sense! Now I am stuck on what to buy - I noticed that people generally advice Huion over XP Pen for some reason, but I don't think we will be able to tolerate that AG sparkle. Another candidate is XP Pen Artist Pro 16 (2nd gen), but there is almost no one who reported its amount of AG sparkle. Moreover, from your notes, it seems like XP Pen's wobble is worse than on Huion's. If the Huion didn't have that dizziness, I would buy it, but know I don't know what to do. What would be your suggestion? My budget is around 500 usd

I've owned a veikk tablet. They have an ok customer support, they always respond but if you're in the US they won't respond until around nighttime. Veikk's budget display tablet is not amazing. I also now own an Artisul tablet if anyone is interested in knowing about that.

Hi ! great video ! i recently got my first Wacom product from a second hand market ( USD 200 i know some people can get it for cheaper but this is not a common product in My crountry) is a CINTIQ 21UX 1st gen , it's a pretty old tablet but it works great , the end of each strock is not great , the end of the stroke is kinda rounded at the end instead of pointy ( is not that bad ) well i'm trying to get used to it , as i never drew in a Display tablet before, i always drew on a common pen tablet, it's a different experience i think is better for sketching but not a big difference when painting, i was about to ask you a question :
1-so i was thinking in use the Cintiq for sketching/inking and the pen tablet to paint and maybe vector art work, there is some way to use the XP-pen tablet and also the cintiq at the same time in the same PC ?
2-or the pen tablet should be also Wacom to work with the cintiq ?
3-is not a problem if these products are from different generations ?
sorry for making so many question ha! and thanks for the content is great !

    • @thesevenpens
      @thesevenpens  11 місяців тому +1

Sorry it took me so long to get to your questions!
1 - The issue is the drivers. I don't recommend installing drivers from competing brands on the same PC. My experience is that they can interfere with each other - at least on Windows.
2 - exactly - as long as they all use the same driver it will work. For example, at one point I had 4 different wacoms connected to the same PC (2 cintiqs, 1 intuos pro, and a Wacom One GEN2)
3 - as long as the driver supports those generations it will work.

A monitor with professional-grade color accuracy will lose its quality over time. It is not a reliable feature in the current market. Professionals should invest in a color calibration tool instead, which is more cost-effective and dependable. The only downside is that you can't calibrate oled display with that.
