I think it's the opposite, my ratings on chess.com are 200-300 points higher than on lichess, as seen with GMs as well. A 2300 player on chess.com would barely get to 2100 on lichess. The problem you might have is that on lichess inflation and deflation changes a lot for some reason, whereas on chess.com it stays pretty constant
And may I ask who are you to be judging good moves for a Super GM like Hikaru? Wait...… Are you a GM too?? Because unless you are, your analysis doesn't really account for much.

Magnus is better but Hikaru is not far behind. Magnus is the current world chess champion, best in every aspect of chess.

At blitz and bullet they are more or less similar level, but Magnus is far stronger at longer time controls as he is the GOAT
