I love the symbolism that is happening throughout this short film. The breaking of the mirror, appearance of the candle, and the cleansing (purity effect) from the water. The song and visualization complement each other rather well. I felt it reflected (no pun intended) Plath's poem beautifully. Nicely done!
It's synchronistic. This music was used at a yoga retreat to do an ancient Hindu meditation where you face another person and look into their eyes. It's amazing what happens when this is done. It' a mirror into spirit. If Sylvia had had this mirror, she may not felt so alone. I am doing this now with Sylvia's eyes in my mind. Also a Russian performance artist (can't remember her name) did a similar thing in her show in New York . She met the eyes of strangers one at a time.
that was soooo good. my teacher shown it in class and i wanted to watch more but she only did it up to the end of the poem. My teacher sed there was sliting and gothic stuff that she didn't want to show but she lied so i might put it in her face. you should get paid for that bacause i would pay to see it again. Well Done! :D
I have to say this was a very well thought out piece that (much like Vallbaby) will help me greatly with my English Lit... Id like to see a better cut version of it, maybe edit out some of the dragging parts... Otherwise really good (Y)
I enjoyed your work very much.. Everyone has an opinion, but thought I'd share mine anyway. I felt that the first mirror breaking scene with the hammer and both candle scenes greatly detracted from the overall effect. The candles were simply too trite and took away from the overall sophisticated impression most of the video conveyed.
it is a misted part of UA-cam. a few people who are interested in this part of art. I think someone should work on it and make it more interesting for the rest of the world.
john doe I think you missed what this video was about. All those extra scenes had nothing to do with pointless. I do however agree that curvy women are interesting and do not hate them what so ever, but it is no reason to fear homosexuals.

it wasent pointless
it is the true meaning of the poem
It kind of explained what the poem is all about...Also because Plath was famous for her darker themes
allah rahmet eylesin
