- Today I'm taking a look at the new Wireless Gaming Speaker from Five Below. This is a $6 Bluetooth speaker bar with RGB LEDs, but is it actually any good? Also, is it truly a gaming speaker or did they just call it that because it's packed full of RGB goodness?
It's really interesting seeing Five Below come out with new gaming accessories that aren't related to their line of Bugha gaming gear. I guess that's reserved for the $10 "premium" items.

I had one for years I just learned about the volume control I have been using the device
In case anyone lost their instruction sheet:
Power on: press the power key for 2 secs when uts off.
Pairing: activate Bluetooth function on phone within range and select "Gaming_Spkr" from list. When the blue LED stops flashing, it has pairs successfully and you will hear a tone. The blue LED will flash slowly when playing music.
Push the center "Play" button once to play, again to pause.
To turn the volume up, hold the forward button
To turn the volume down, hold the rewind button
Previous song, push the rewind button once
To forward a song, push the forward button
Press and hold the the center button to turn off
Great little speaker. I just picked one up today and I'm using it as a wireless soundbar for my Amazon Fire TV Stick. Works great, decent sound. Hopefully it holds up for a while. Not a bad purchase for $5.50

I found one on my walk to work today. Not gonna lie I was surprised when I looked it up and it came from 5below sound is good and clear. The bass is lacking but for 5 bucks 👌👌

Awesome review! And wow you've been uploading pretty frequently. I recently visited their store this past weekend and noticed these speakers by chance when I went, as well
Yeah, I'm trying to clear my backlog, so there will be a bit of a deluge. It'll slow down eventually, but hopefully I can keep myself at 1-2 per week going forward. I've also got more DIY stuff incoming.
hey um @cly Faker i wanted to ask are you able to use a sound bar stand for these or are they not compatible?
Have you tried using an equalizer? A smartphone equalizer. Like the one Samsung/IPhone offers or a downloaded version.
I ask because some speakers will crash the Bluetooth on the smartphone.

not for gaming , but ok for a park for listing to music , and as for the led sync i dont care for the led sync if it just one led mode , the slow fade color changing , now if the leds had like chase mode , or other effects , then the led sync would be frustrating .

Doesn't charge with original charging cord. Won't connect to any phone. I don't know if the one I got was banged around during delivery 🤷♀️ nice light bar though.

It'll work on anything that supports USB keyboards. I have no idea if the Switch does though.

Except the bugha gear for the most part is cheap junk.
Most of them are passable at the $10 price tag, but that mic is an abomination.
There this dude that I know that sells good ass speakers for 5 dollars I bought altec speakers from him for 6 dollars o buy a lot of stuff from him he's making a good living from it
