Competition is healthy. In a truly decentralized system, anyone can build anything and try stuff. In cardano, there is a lack of these crypto established players, so an opporrunity is here. Let this Cardano stablecoin race play out, and well be happy in the end.
By the way yes, Cardano currently has other stablecoins, iUSD, USDM and Jed. It's quite possible that adding USDA will increase liquidity and acceptance in the ecosystem. Anyway I'll try to trade this on Fybit via ADA))
I would think interoperability with other chains would be the first task of a stablecoin released on a network. Why would you not tap into liquidity that already exists, and seek to make the process as painless as possible.
All this is good and soung good, the only problem is the time, develop in Cardano is so so so so so so so so so slow, maybe a good project but that wil be ready 2027 maybe....
Yet ANOTHER stablecoin xD when none of the plenty have liquidity in-market! These guys should start getting creative lol or use the stuff available. What do we want 10 stablecoins with 300k usd m.c. each for?
@@beautylineworldwide different stable coins have different designs, and diversity is a source of reliability. Granted, if one were clearly dominant, there may be less need for a plurality, but until a clear leader emerges, I’m all in favor of a competitive scene for stables on the chain.
The stablecoins on Cardano are relatively young and homegrown. Therefore they'll require more time to gain adoption and inclusion across Cardano and other networks. As competition grows, a clear winner will emerge with the majority of liquidiyt shifting to it.
Dont hold your breath here Casper. IMO, this isnt going to happen anytime soon (if at all). As much as the community is pushing for it, Circle and Tether havent shown any interest. Until then, we build and support what we can. Cheers.

Stablecoins need good marketing too. And the name $USDA has a good ring to it. Sounds legit and that'll help adoption too.

I couldnt have said this any better myself. We have yet to define a clear winner in this part of the network.
