I specifically say MY sp and not just his name in reference to my version which is the new version. My sp treats me like an absolute queen as opposed to what 3d is showing is this right? Or 3d shouldn’t even come into it at all.
Don’t acknowledge the 3D. The only version of him is the one in your inner world 💕🙏🏻

I see him as new version of himself, but in my head always still pop ups how he treated me ( like shit), like a rollercoaster...one day am ok, other not.
Then you may need to work through your emotions to let it go. Healing is important, we cannot suppress our emotions. One day the good days are going to be more than the bad ones. Much love 💕
Me too. I am confused with reacting to 3D versus putting myself first and not taking breadcrumbs from my sp. I noticed that the more I work on my self concept the more that I am seeing how crappy he is treating me. But I am confused because I have to not react to 3D but it really against my worth.
@@rachelpeters1927 The difference here is not reacting emotionally. When you know your worth you don’t need outside validation and if someone treats you badly you can voice your opinions but you don’t get emotional about it. In other words, you don’t take it personally because it doesn’t say anything about you.

@@SimplyCreateWithElle I blocked my sp because he treated me like a shit. After he 5x broke up our connection, because of the same bullshit: ,,i love you but its not our time,, now he said: i dont love you anymore, i dont want relationship with nobody my life is shit now,, blabla. After 3 years waiting on him, and after he broke up our connection 5x, and he came back 5x, I set my boundaries: blocked him. (He said he dont loves me, bit every fuckin day he liked my pictures, heart storiereactions etc.-so definitely bullshit he said about that he dont loves me. So thats why I blocked him. He blocked me too. But circumstances dont matter, and npw I dont take it personally, because I did fuckin nothing bad to him, his mom+ grandma sick, he divorced from his visa wife..(dont judge), no money(i dont care about it just he cares), so nothing, mentally emotionally he is off, I think. Now I valued myself->boundary. Cause I am amazing, and irreplaceble. He is in distance too. But circumstances dont matter. I am just dont tolerate this bullshit version of him, he can do better. I persist. And I am thinking at him with love.

This is great, it always worked, he leveled up i always took him back, forgave and took responsibility for my part, but in couple days he goes back to before, triggers, so leaving again...exhausting cycle. I wonder if longer pause would help cos i am having difficulties with dropping the old story of him when he keeps triggering when we are together. I was able to forgive him big hurts in the past thru meditation but after a while the cycle starts again. 6 break ups in 2 years, exhausting.
I obviously had a belief that good men aren’t available because I met a man that has an sp that he wants gone but she refuses to move out. How do I change this specific story? He says he’s stuck with her, which I keep focusing on instead of knowing he has no free will. I don’t believe that good men aren’t available anymore. How can I change this belief to reflect in my 3D?

D W...you have been affirming that it's so hard. Instead I would suggest to do 10,000 or more affirmations of how happy you and him are together. And that he's constantly reaching out to you. For example: "I am so happy to be in this amazing relationship with my SP. My SP is constantly reaching out to me" And have a good mental diet. Tell yourself that you are chosen and loved throughout the day as much as you can. Cry if you must. But persist. Have a strong SC of yourself. Good luck 😊
@@27Kathrine Thank you, it’s quite possible that it’s turned into that….you are right along with a dash of fear. In the beginning there was no doubt they were coming back whatsoever! There was no one better that would put up with the damaged personality….
