When I was a kid, I met John DeLorean at a movie premiere. He told me his car was going to be in a movie, it wasn't until we saw Back to the Future did my Mother tell me that was the car he was talking about. I was so young, I didn't really appreciate that he was sharing this with me.

I'm surprised that fanhome is continuing the whole gearbox issue. At least your parts are correct. They DID make a corrected version of the magazine with corrected instructions so I'm not sure why the automatic magazines are still being printed. Should probably contact them and tell them to throw out/recycle all the 'automatic' versions of the magazines/parts.

I’ve just done issue 16 and I noticed instructions as the engine is totally different to what what you’ve got to build in the pack.

I don't know if I'm the only one, but I absolutely do not like how Eaglemoss designed the wheels going into hover mode. Not only are the magnets too weak to hold the wheels on, as lifting the frame causes all four wheels to drop on mine, but it's not screen accurate at all. I get it would be impossible to make the suspension accurate to the actual Delorean as well as accurate to the flying mode on screen, but at the very least we should have had the option to do either.
Did they change something with the tires? I remember you putting them in boiling water before putting the hubs through them when you did this before, but now it looks like it easily slides right in.
Way cool! I remembered you built the Eaglemoss version of the BTTF Delorean a while back. What's the difference between that and the Fanhome?

Was that difference in gearbox from the manual also on the original Eaglemoss build? Or is it a change in the fanhome release? Just wondering if they're making improvements in this one?

Since I know you have the eagle Moss one do you know if these parts are compatible with the eagle Moss cuz I got a quarter weigh into it and then eagle Moss went under and I don't want just the chassis of a DeLorean and I would like to pick up where I left off so I don't waste any money but they're not answering me in questions if this is compatible with eagle Moss or not because obviously they want all of my money not just some
