MVS ACMEI's Coil Wrapping Machine is equipped with the ability to wrap steel coils on multiple coil stands to improve the overall productivity of over-head crane. MVS ACMEI provides Auto Coil Wrapping Machine with the options of Stretch Film, Woven Fabrics and Creep Paper with or without VCI. The machine is capable of wrapping 10 to 15 coils per hour and provides excellent resistance to corrosion and is also water-tight, dust and dirt proof packaging. This can be made fully automatic with coil cars.

I was so surprised to see this video, i was a design draftsman who worked in the development of this machine from a simple stretch wrap wrapping machine with a set of rotating blocker rolls to the item you see in the video. All design work carried out in a small workshop (5 people) in Dromana, Victoria, Australia. There were many previous similar designs but we had the one that actually worked and was put into production. We developed the original carrige for 500mm bore coils and the adapted a carriage and trailer for the 400mm bore coils. I still have a hand drawn exploded view of the 500mm bore carriage.
