Would not be surprised if they added sugar and vanilla offscreen. Which would make it just meringue. The only really impressive thing about this is the fact that they didn't use an electric mixer, because that had to take a ton of patience.

@@catthemeg336 Not quite a meringue, it wasn't stiff enough. Hopefully they added sugar and vanilla though, since that would make a decent sweet cake type dessert.

Just separate the yolk from the whites and put the whites in a mixer (start low and gradually turn it up not to high tho) after a while you will get the same thing with a smaller mess
