Simply enter the user menu of your cooker and go to parameter 7 and check the current values.
Once you have checked this you should apply the correction according to the height of the orifice of your pellet burner and always be at least 1 centimetre above this.

ERROR MESSAGES:
Error E1
This error is due to the flue gas temperature being below 40-45°, the probable causes of which are as follows:
1. Not enough pellet.
2. The worm motor is faulty and does not feed the cooker.
Error E2
This error is due to a misfire at start-up. Probable causes may be:
1. The burner is dirty or has hard residue on it.
2. The ashtray has not been correctly installed.
3. The flue gas temperature sensor on the combustion fan is faulty.
4. The ignition resistor is faulty.
Error E3
Means that there has been a sudden movement of the cooker during operation or the cooker has tilted. This error code is mainly programmed for earthquake zones.
Error E4
Problems with the temperature sensor.
Means that the high temperature sensor is faulty.
The temperature is so high that the cooker does not work properly.
Error E5
It means that there are some problems with vacuum switch. Such as the door has not closed properly.
The combustion fan speed cannot accelerate.
There is some leakage around the cooker or the flue pipe is blocked.
Error E6
It means that the high temperature sensor under the hopper has some problem, such as:
1 . The switch is broken,
2. The temperature is too high and causes the cooker to shut down.
Error E7
During operation the cooker has stopped due to a power failure.

Yo tengo el error E1, después de tener en funcionamiento la máquina, cuando estabiliza, le cuesta bastante; luego pasa a ECO2 y baja la llama , se pone en enfriamiento y se para.

Tampoco puedo acceder a la clave 1088

Que le está faltando carga de pellets en la potencia 4. Que justamente es ECO2 cuando modula. Deberias subir algo la alimentación de la potencia.
Mira bien cuanto tiempo tienes ahora de:
Last:
Every:
Intenta subir last 1 segundo mas y vas probando pero no pases de 3 o 4.
Si ves que con eso no funciona debes ir reduciendo EVERY.
Por ejemplo:
Si ahora tienes esta configuración:
LAST 2. EVERY 8.
Pues tu pones:
LAST: 3. EVERY 8
LAST : 4. EVERY 8
Vas probando con las dos opciones y vamos vamos viendo si aguanta.
Sino debes bajar EVERY TAL COMO EL EJEMPLO.
LAST 4 EVERY 6
No quiere decir que estos sean los valores correctos. SON A MODO EJEMPLO.
Primero debes entrar en el menú técnico con tu clave y acceder a los parámetros de la potencia 4.
No estaría de mas que copies todos todos todos los parámetros de la estufa en una libreta.
Bien apuntados.
Después si puedes tocar y modificar ANTES NOOOOO.
La estufa se pone en enfriamiento y se apaga con error E1 por falta de alimentación de combustible y porque la temperatura de la cámara de combustión desciende por debajo de los 60 grados.
La tienes en modo ECO ECOLOGISTA Y ECONOMMISTA. Hahahaha.
Una pequeña broma pero que tiene siempre solución.
