Maybe you are thinking of bettercap? I think they do similar things? I use bettercap and it has a web interface, I like it a lot and the web ui makes it pretty easy to use. It also seems to be more popular and have more support than wifi pumpkin, just make sure you don't use the version from the kali repository because the web interface is broken in that version

Only wifipumkin version v1 has a gui, wifipumpkin3 has a cmd interface
