2013 Simi Valley Cajun and Blues Fest. Big Al Blake, Backed here by The Mannish Boys (Franck Goldwasser: Guitar, Nathan James: Guitar, Willie J. Campbell: Bass, Jimi Bott: Drums and Fred Kaplan: Keyboards. Does it really get much better than that lineup? Big Al is a founding member of The Hollywood Fats Band and is currently with The Hollywood Blue Flames. His harp playing is always tasteful and very greasy at the same time. He sure has the chops. Love to hear this guy play.
