Hay anyone on here with e90 i have had water leak into my ecu they are prome on the e90 this is the 3rd time first i had to have it cloned sechind it dry out with rice and a little heat from haur dryer holding it at distance thou so you dont burn or melt anything and now today huh anyone ?????????????????,?,
@scorcha100 all drai age holes was cleard the rain was finding itself into the ecu so update on that leakage, do this and it will never get water into ecu compartment, 1st unplug both plugs what attachment to ecu move ecu out way 2nd look at the bottom of the bucket what ecu sits in ther a drainage bung type ut gets blocked rip that out its like a plastic bung take out once that's out put finger fro howl feel ther another bung in the metal gey plyers put them fro howl rip that out then do water test tip water into bucket to make sure units going out 3rd rap ecu in plastick strong bag then rap it around with gather tape nit to thik as it won't slot back into ecu holder 😎 congrats you will ne er have another problem with ecu again 4th say thank you 😊 🙏

The drainage under the bonnet has a habit of getting blocked up with leaves and debris causing the water to not drain away and leak into the ecu
