  • If you need an easy recipe to make in your Instant Pot, then this Crack Chicken is definitely for you!
I have to warn you though, once you start eating it, you won't be able to stop! It is made with only a few ingredients and takes just a few minutes to throw together. So it is a win win for everyone!
I had a lot of requests to make not only a Keto recipe, but to make Crack Chicken! So for all my Keto friends out there, here is my Crack Chicken.
Find Instant Pot Crack Chicken Recipe here:
    Ingredients:
    6 slices cooked bacon
2 pounds boneless chicken breast (frozen or thawed)
    1 packet ranch seasoning
    8 oz cream cheese
    chopped green onions
    1 cup water
    Directions:
Put chicken and 1 cup of water in the Instant Pot.
Put on the lid and push MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK for 25 minutes if frozen and 20 if thawed. Do a quick release when the timer is done.
    Remove chicken and shred.
Keep your Instant Pot on low. Add chicken back in. Add ranch packet, cream cheese, green onions and bacon. Stir until everything is well combined.
This dish is usually served with 1 cup of cheddar cheese on top, I just didn't add it this time!
Directions for slow cooker: Place chicken cream cheese and ranch seasonings in crock pot cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Place back in the pot and stir in bacon and green onions and enjoy.

This is the Instant Pot I have (yes it is the cheaper one and I love it!): amzn.to/2F3Lznx
If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!

OK. I'm doing it tonight. School is cancelled tomorrow because it will be forty below zero so I'm doing the Presto pressure cooker minestrone soup while staying home with them. The best soup in the wooooorld. Maybe you could try and adapt it to the instant pot?

Kristen, I’m a new year to this wonderful world of IP. I received this pot two weeks ago. Did Spaghetti, Potato, and lemon jasmine rice.
My wife Carol was not that thrilled till after tasting the Crack Chicken. Now, she wants me to cook it more often. I also told her this is a Keto type meal since we did it as a lettuce wrap. Her eyes widen since she is trying to lose weight.
Thank you for giving us(the viewer) a reason to used it more.
I have watch Jill McKeever do her plant base recipes on it and hope to switch to the WFPB to control my diabetes a lot better.
My wife keeps asking me what I want for Xmas this year...... it got to be either your new Book coming out or the course you are offering.
Merry Christmas to you and your family and keep up the good work.

Yum. Just made this. I used 2 breasts and 2 thighs. Used a few drops of liquid smoke, salt, pepper and Italian spices in 1-1/2 cups of water. Pressure cooked it for 17 min. After it was prepared, I made romaine lettuce wraps!! Thanks for the recipe!!

In what order are the sisters? I have looked and investigated (lol) the "About Us" page on your website, and I have deduced that from oldest to youngest are Camille, you, Elyse.. and the youngest is Kendra. Where do Lauren and Steph go? Not sure why this is "need to know"... but now I can't stop wondering. ha! Maybe we need a Q&A? Is there ever an occasion when you're all together? I feel we need a "meet the sisters" video :) ~by the way, love your videos, thank you for the time you put in for us.

You could do this recipe by just boiling the chicken on the stove and then adding all the ingredients like the video. With two people, I used 2 chicken breasts and half a package of the ranch dressing and cream cheese. Served half the mixture for dinner on rolls and then used the rest the next day for lunch on top of romaine lettuce with croutons, crispy onions, and a drizzle of salad dressing. Both were yummy, but the salad was probably my favorite.

I usually love your instant pot recipes, and also receive Six Sisters Small Family Recipes weekly, but I have tried the Crack Chicken and I just don't get the attraction. To me it lacks flavor and is dry. I don't understand why people like this Chicken recipe so much. Although I didn't like this one, I definitely look forward to your instant pot recipes and small family recipes weekly. Keep up the good work. Thanks Six Sisters!!

Six Sisters' Stuff I've lost 20 lbs so far doing Keto and I plan to try this recipe on a bed of lettuce. Looks good!

Tanya Burton I just made this tonight. I’m lost as to the attraction to this recipe. It was completely bland and not something I’d want to make again. Followed this recipe exactly. I’m bewildered why everyone seems to recommend this dish. 😕

Maybe add ranch seasoning (homemade not store bought w/out sugar & artificial ingredients), hot sauce, & pecans. Just take a small amount of chicken for additions to test if u like it.

Morning. I have made this but instead of ranch, I used taco seasoning. There are 3 of us here, 2 of us do not like ranch, so I thought this would be a good substitute. It turned out great. I may put in a little bit more taco seasoning next time and some red pepper flakes. We like a bit of a kick.

I look forward to trying this cream cheese chicken recipe. I don’t direct this at you, but I wish people would never name recipes “crack” anything. I worked several years in a substance abuse clinic and now live in a very rural county where addiction, substance abuse and drug related crimes have ravaged both the youth and the elderly. It’s nothing to be taken lightly.
