I'm surprised to be the first to comment on this video. I have to say that I still have a cassette recording of the McBrides, circa 1990, (given to me by a lady from Armagh herself) which contains some of their best songs. I have always particularly liked Old Armagh which lovingly captures the nostalgia of growing up in that 'old city fair'. What a superb musical legacy.
Old Armagh by McBrides should be definitive Armagh county song !!! Cargandaff knows !!!! Mc Brides version of Long Long before your time, although hard to do supercedes Johnny McEvoy himself !!!
