One would have thought "Are You Human Too?" is a question directed at Nam Shin III, the almost-human android.
However, the drama team recently revealed an unusual explanation regarding the unique title. Here's what they said:
“Namshin III is, from his appearance to his behavior, so like a human that even Nam Shin’s closest acquaintances don’t realize it’s not him. It’s an artificial intelligence (AI) robot whose ever behavior and emotion is programmed to be ‘as if it was human.’ But unlike what Namshin III was taught, humans can use each other and throw each other away in ways that are inhumane. That’s why people experience loneliness even in a crowd.”
Furthermore, “Among these people, Namshin III is designed to listen to people until the end, help the weak, and comfort the crying. He is a very humane robot living among inhumane people, that raises the question of what it means to be human. We hope that people can have the courage to say to people who betray the ideals of humanity, ‘Are you human, too?'”
So the question is really directed at those people who, despite being born human, nevertheless lack the compassion and behavior associated with humanity.
-so the title " Are You Human Too?" is directed towards the character of human Nam Shin, Jong Gil and the Grandpa chairman

This wasn’t just a drama... this was the most impressive and inspiring story of a humanoid robot= android (Nam Shin lll) who taught us (humans) an unforgettable lesson of life and reality,... showing us the inhuman ugly, scary and disgusting faces of jealousy, greed and envy of humans and to what it can lead and how uplifting precious and wonderful it is to conquer people’s hearts through comforting, understanding, friendship, empathy and love... without prejudices... being more human as a robot than humans as “real” humans ever could... he literally made us understand that a “fake” human(robot) can be more authentic and genuine in comparison to a “real” human who’s more of a “fake” than a robot because “the original” is mostly “unreal”... always pretending... come to think of it, a real human, born with a conscience, integrity, feelings and a heart being lectured by a humanoid robot who was originally developed without all of these features and benefits... Artificial?! Intelligence... Nam Shin( Shin in Korean is a kind of a god... like the god of thunder etc...) is the scientific proof of an android discovering his own capabilities and abilities... it became his major tool for self- instruction and self- development... such as to access, organize and use relevant knowledge and skills to grow closer, learn and understand more about his human counterpart... i‘m speechless... fascinated and somehow terrified at the same moment...
