lolz--when i watched the full concert i was like----------what??? A huge j-pop artist is doing this-----though- i remembered----well it's "Buck -tick" =A.T.S.U.S.H.I!! yet---it's really an epic performance--i Love this song although the lyrics are as you said "disturbing"
It might look disturbing on the surface, but the doll is only a symbol - of isolation, sadness, emptiness, a desire to escape the confines and find a human connection. The emotional content is very sad, but understandable.
