Your routine is so organized and peaceful. I wake after stressful sleep and feel miserable because I don't have anything to wake up for. Then I let the dogs outside, complaining because it's cold, then I get to do my routine. Not that impressive and force my eyes open during breakfast. I know. It's bad. I'd like to get a more peaceful routine. But it's difficult for me.

it took me a really long time to get into a routine i liked bit having a lot of structure to my day helps
