In this day & age, we're pit up against each other as social media profiles. Im tired & bored of it! It's time to love ourselves for who we are and love the things that we DO have. This is a song I wrote about my insecurities.

I am under medication to fight my depression and bipolar disorder, those disorders developed when I was young.
I was a victim of bullying (from elementary to highschool) and until now I still remember what the call me, they call me fat, nest-like hair, and they made fun of my dark skin.
I am still fat, my hair still looks like a bird's nest and my skin is darker than it used to be ... but now, I am no longer listen to them. because for me... I am beautiful.

I know no one will probably read this but I just need to tell you that this song really gave me hope when I got bullied at my school when I was in 3rd grade. People just bullied me because I was from another country . I looked differ from other people. They would tell me that I'm ugly, frame me, get me suspended, and many other things. Then this song came out... and I loved it! It was a great song itself and It inspired me to stand up for myself . Thank you Chloe for making this song . It really helped me a lot.

I remember when I first heard this song, it made my heart melt and made me cry because it reminded me of when I was in elementary school. I would always doubt myself about how I looked my. My BFF told me that I was beautiful on the inside and out because I was one of the most kind, caring and most honest person she knew.
A few months ago, I saw a music video cover of this, and I really loved the song, I suddenly got reminded of this song. It has such a deep and good meaning for us, when you constantly go on diets and hurt yourself to look as pretty as the ones you see. This song really helped me realize that I shouldn't always try too hard to look better because the inside is what matters
