French 79 Lincoln Hall Chicago Monday 10/23/23

What a performance. It was so fantastic. Watching the videos is good but seeing Simon live is great. I spoke to Simon Henner after the show at the Merch area, super nice guy and asked if I could post this video to UA-cam and he said certainly. So hopefully he likes it as much as we will to relive his visit to Chicago, come back soon. Lightly wobbly as I couldn't keep from swinging to the great music. Track stamps in comments
Captured with a Nokia 1520 with Dolby 3.1 sound on board which records the sound flat and capture bass sound up to and passing 140 dB's. It sounds good by itself but if you have an equalizer for the sound to sweeten the treble and bass this performance is even better sounding. I recommend watching this with Chrome so you can use the Ears: Bass Boost, EQ Any Audio! as an free add-on app to greatly enhance the sound if you are watching it with Chrome with a really great stereo and added Subwoofers. Once you use it you'll never go back.

Hey thanks for posting! I just went to a show of his recently and it was incredible. Also got to talk with him at the merch stand. What an amazing artist. I recorded most of the show and had the same problem of bouncing around ha. I'll be there any time he comes back into town.

The song he plays from around 51.30 to 59.10 is called The Year After, it is not Hush Hush.
