The idea for Costco is that it’s worth it if you have a large family to feed. Your buying in bulk so you should be getting a good deal but always check the prices, sometimes you find it cheaper elsewhere. Also for the Americans, the New Zealand dollar is currently worth 57 American cents so when they say $25, that $14.25 American. I’ll be seeing you in February, I’ll be on a 19 day tour of New Zealand.
Visit Raglan surf beach, its near Waitomo caves,
Thanks for taking me shopping
Omg I could never go shopping with her
Awesome for NZ. The prices are higher than here in Melbourne.
We pay 15% for GST (VAT) , and different Currency .
I hope you didn’t pay for membership because Costco shopping is definitely not for you guys .
Complain about the prize and then the size . If you buy a 6L washing liquid it doesn’t expire and so you can use it up .
Yes it does, where did you learned your chemistry? Washing liquid expire after a specific period, they will become less effective and lose their clean scent
@@firstapril6470 And you can’t use up 6L of laundry liquid in a year .
Just an FYI...some advice for when you want to shop for groceries at Costco as a young couple and are trying to save money as well. I have heard that some people have made arrangements with their friends (couple and singles) to buy the big packs and share. That way everyone gets to enjoy the savings.
how much did you have to pay to become a member to be able to get in there to shop? if you're not buying in bulk and therefore spending a ton of money was it worth that to just look around? just curious :)
Mate those chickens are expensive 😳
Everytime I go to costco I get my dogs a cooked chicken they cheap here in Melbourne & it's only to get the shoppers in the door.
If its chicken breast actually cheap. for the amount.
Prices are higher than here in the USa
Prices are pretty much the same if you compare their money to the USD.
Lots of factors as we pay 15% for Goods services Tax in Nz , shipping cost and Labour cost are much higher than the states
@@tagovailoajuniorandmichell9151 I get that and they’re still higher , it’s like Alaska prices cause everything has to be shipped
@@kh4709 just like Alaska and Hawaii
@@Fab619carttleer we have fixed VAT of 15% so the shelf prices already include sales tax here unlike the US. We also get only 57cents to the US dollar so Halve the price they show you basically for better comparison 😀 we also weigh meat & veg in kilograms not pounds. There's 2.2 pounds in a kilogram - the boneless skinless chicken thighs for example at $17 NZD per kilogram on special would be $7.72 NZD per pound, in USD that would be ~$4.30-4.50 USD per pound including VAT of 15% if that makes sense? 😀
Only chicken price per kilo
2:59 this is what I needed, tie up people on their feet
Pensioners cant afford to shop there.
Sure not cheaper chicken than countdown,
Good video sucks the guy behind the camera wasn't taught how to eat with his mouth closed
A lot of no I'm hearing
What a bum The pretty lady ask if he would bye her some flowers and with out hesitation he said ( NO I'M NOT ) Not to nice dude.
I’m pretty much Jeffery Dahmar
you may need to learn to keep your camera from flicking all over the place bloody hard to watch pretty slack post if you ask me
You still watched it
@@storytimetopassthetime1778 only watched it till became so crappy to watch do your self a favour and go back watch it it was absolutely crap you flick on to a product and then do not show pricing and move on to something else again not showing anything and then you do not buy anything cause it is cheaper at countdown what a joke
@@jollyjumps4845 you still watched it though
I think Costco is rubbish just the junks cheap like everywhere.Go New Zealand🤣
I like it
