This makes me very sad .Because I was very abused and unloved in my childhood ,but then this man I became like his mother was to my children ,they would say I put my relationships before them and never saw it until I just heard this .I've apologized to my kids many times but this story hit home for.me .I was screwed up and screwed up my kids .This cycle is a terrible place to be in the middle of abuse and abuser .🤨

You're right Dan, that there is a Hero's journey to get out of the hole we created, was a random disaster or was set-up by others for us to fall into. Bound by our own fears of retribution once the lesson of bad experience and association was learned. Cudos to Louise, for overcoming so much personal anxiety as he has done, and now with the added reponsibility of protecting his children and his wife's minds from irrational fears and low self-worth. Louis mentioned meditation, to reconnect to the joy of his life. To let go of the observed. To not worry as the birds are fed and the flowers are clothed. To do things because they are the right thing and seek no glory. For his wife not to have an extra child in the home as so many do. To represent god to his children and not someone else's on their sleeves. This is all the identity that they need and inherited from the source of life itself. Blessings to him and his family x
Dear Louis, so happy for you that you are off all those horrible meds and quit drinking alcohol. I would like to encourage you to listen to AA speakers on UA-cam. I think you would get a lot out of it. Peace, joy, and love to you, Dan, and your families.
I like exploring these “patterns” … the “hero’s journey” … Louis’ sharing was truly humbling … I realize that … the hero’s journey never really ends (except at death) … this “pattern" never ends … there are always dragons to slay. There is a verse in Amos, “Woe to those who are at ease in Zion” … we may arrive at "Zion" (metaphysically meaning "spiritual consciousness") and think the hero’s journey is over. I mean, its good to arrive at Zion after long battles … but we are human and life is constantly changing, as are we. There will always be struggle and different obstacles to overcome but …once you find Yourself, as Louis said, you know the Answer is IN you … its the only place you will find it. I am grateful to others who share their struggle.

If a chemically induced detachment (anesthetic) can be used to look at painful memories in a new calm light, this may assist healing without inducing another layer of trauma and addiction to the happy-feeling to need more.
Hey, Thanks George. Agreed. If people can diminish the fear in a healthy way, they can more easily overcome it. The fear itself is based in chemicals released from the experience of ones thoughts. You have to use the thoughts. So the fear, which we know is over the top due to shame, is what we need to diminish. But, one can simply work through the fear without any enhancements. I know there are people out there who have and are being so hurt, I cannot imagine it. They could use some help. I'm leaving the comments off on that. Besides the attack of shroom sale bots, I was also gently scolded for not handling a shroom video properly. I didn't expect that and am still learning what happens when one posts in public. I'll move past that one fast and leave it to the shroom channels.

Hypnotherapists allow people to enter a relaxed state to explore forgotten or repressed memories tying them down. Usually a bullying parent that hated innocence staring back at them, or willfully wanted to build themselves up as God by working on a blank slate. The Hero's Journey, is the most personal of all, to face our own fears alone with our god, and be liberated in the moment truth about the pain we had avoided all our lives. But what if doctors, lawyers, priests and government are all superficially hypnotized too?... then their medical and professional help is no help at all. Because for them, LGBTQ+, muslims and Communists cannot ever be cured, and will have made it illegal to do so. Their desire is to convert us all at any cost. This returning to the child of god that we are, therefore, is a hate crime. To obey their masters' call, rather than our own. A world intent on creating willing slaves. An ant colony. Adam and Eve no more.
