"Softly as i play piano in the Dark" omg!!! Andre 3000
This is how you supposed to rap, they just flow to the beat so smooth. Big Boi brings the street element and Andre brings intellectual intelligence.
Dj Adrian brought me here. It's been a minute since I heard this song. Good old memories - tukiwa tumefungiwa ujangoni na ndugu yangu mdogo. All we'd do is listen to Radio, sleep and eat.
Anytime I hear this song I feel like crying I dunno why especially the hook I love HIPHOP 😭and OutKast 👊🏽
This beat is fucking sick
The chamber brothers sample "so tired"
Facts
I played TF outta this CD!!! I'll be 42 on September 12!!!!! 90s genre HERE!!! Sunday night and I just went TF OFF in front of my husband!!! The nostalgia IS SO FCKIN REAL AND I have more euphoria from the ol skool THAN I ever HAD IN twenty plus years of drug abuse and use
still light years ahead, genius!
I’m so happy to be wearing a outcast shirt in the present day love you outcast ❤
Back in the 90's this the biggest trip the West coast got from the Southside, we didn't get no East Coast or South Side exposure and the few tracks we did we loved and recorded on tape and whatever was around that day. I remember staying up to hear this shit on my local LA radio station.
Ti'll this day i can't decide Between ATLiens or Stankonia which album is better.. both are classics
I would say this one. I liked the singles off of Stankonia but the other tracks I didn't care for much. This album I pretty much liked it all. But that's just me.
Simple Complexity Yeah Stankonia had great singles. My favorite 2 songs off that album weren't even singles though, "Snappin & Trappin" and "Gangsta $#it"
Gangsta Shit is my shit. The beat and everything....oh my gosh that was such a good track. I don't really smoke..but when I did..I had to listen to that track. It's mandatory.
Just heard snappin and trappin...can't believe I forgot about that.
Simple Complexity Yeah I think that's one of Killer Mike best verses on that one
I remember seeing this video as a kid and I was like mesmerized that they were walking through that underground cave.
2023 and this sounds better the 99% of hip hop today 👊🏼
That's a stretch
