It's more than gangrape and murder. Investigate those 4 interns who were seen on CCTV alomg with her and also that principal. This collega has a history of s3x scandals, necrophilia, and drug trafficking. So many students have been keeled for the same reason. Abhaya knew something about this racket. Even the police commissiner who is handling this case has the history of distortion in such cases. Plus, that was not mob who attacked the doctors protest but majority of them.were students, some faces are so visible on videos, why police have not caught them?

So now we are beginning to see a pattern emerge. This medical college must have been an important cash cow for the ruling party by having in place several rackets which spun money for the ruling party. Coordinating all this was the ex principal of the college who worked hand in gloves with the police. The intern who was raped and murdered was beginning to complain that all the night duties and extended hours were being piled upon her head, and she might have even considered reporting this to the I M A. She therefore had to be silenced. So when an opportunity presented for this to be done, she was quickly disposed of. Since the ex principal was working in close link with the police, he tried in several ways to hush the whole thing up by calling it a suicide, making the police take the corpse for cremation, destroying evidence by calling for renovation of the crime scene, arranging for a mob to attack the crime scene, getting 40 doctors transferred etc.etc. The CBI should do a thorough job of bringing all who are connected with this case to justice. Since WB has descended into a state of anarchy, a President’s rule is the only way to bring this state back to order.

It could be a case of murder by one person only, provided the crime is committed by a doctor.
Sanjay Roy may not be the culprit. What I think is if he actually had the intention to murder someone, he would have taken utmost precaution of not leaving any clue behind. Just think, if he would have lost his phone, he would have made an FIR, but no-one files FIR for having lost his/ her Bluetooth set, isn't it? So there might be a possibility that someone stole it from him and placed it at the crime scene to divert the attention of investigating team towards him.the one who would have done that, might be well aware of Sanjay's previous activities, so he/ she knew that it would be easier to divert attention towards Sanjay. So he might actually been made a scapegoat.
Coming to actual crime, had the crime been committed by a doctor he/ she would have used a surgical gloves, may be powder free Nitrile glove...
It is known that the victim ate food that was ordered from outside by one of the 7 doctors who were there that day. A date rape drug could have been easily mixed in the food by the criminal. That drug may be easily available. May be used in general anaesthesia. A doctor knows how much to mix it with food, so that victim goes unconscious for a certain period of time. How much to administer so that even if victim dies the traces of the drug may be negligible due to shortest half life of the drug. Untraceable within few hrs. even if forensic studies are made eg.finding traces of drug in liver, kidneys, blood plasma, through urine analysis or in the hair.
Under victim's unconscious stage, a single person can blow her n number of punches, make enormous bruises, break bones of the victim, to make it seem like a rape case, rape being done by multiple persons. Under such state victim won't make a single sound, but due to blood circulating through her body, blood is naturally going to ooze out from parts getting injured. Till now, we don't know whether post mortem report says if there were fingerprints of multiple persons on the body of the victim. Till now the post mortem report only says that there have been certain quantity of whiteish fluid traced in victim's vagina, but whether it's semen/ seminal fluid or not has not been confirmed, neither the police disclosed so, nor the CBI...
There may not be any politics involved, but my gut feeling says this political propaganda is being done somewhat to divert the investigation..
