Iu has once again brought me to tears with her voice and I do not understand how she does it so easily. The song is beautiful and very heartfelt, the story is something I would like to see more of and the acting of IU and V is really great. I love the message... and yes, my eyes were very watery....

V amazing actor V so amazing actor acting out all these emotions of fear happiness sorrow furious, in a 5 minute music video is crazy because we see actors failing to act out a single emotion in an 1 hour long episode but here he is, the versatility is showing 😭They they forgot what they were running from because through the lens of the camera, they were able to just love and enjoy life until the reality caught up to them and they were taken away ICRY 😭😭

For me the "box" represents what society, the media, the standard that people in general want to transform you into. Today, if IU and V decided to start dating, for example, thousands of "boxes" would emerge to try to fit them into their own molds and would go to extremes for this, when for some people love is simply two people who are enough for each other.

I can definitely see how that makes sense!! also, how the popular saying "people try to force others into boxes" fits with this theme as well. the pile of clothes in the MV that belong to the dead people can represent people who've been forced into a box and thrown away/lost their true selves. The two characters in the MV tried to hide and escape from the box but in the end they were helpless too, just like how it's hard to not be forced into society's expectations of you.

I cried and cried when I watched that video this morning. I was just stunned. And IU's and V's acting left me speechless. Just incredible.

V acted in a K-drama in 2016 but took a break to focus on BTS.
This is basically V's first acting project since 2016, at the request of IU.
Best decision he made. His acting has improved so much and tbh he was the perfect choice for this video ❤
During IU interview with V, she ask him if he wants to go back acting he said "yes", and she ask "what kind of drama or movie?" And V said he likes to be a Protagonist or the lead on a drama or movie like end of the world. Here is V now his acting with IU, on a music vedio.
BU is basically a whole acting workshop for the members, so Tae also improved by practising during those mvs and mini-films. He grew so much
I knew this mv was going to be excellent, but I didn't expect it to move we all like this. The tenderness (almost innocence?) between them was so disarming. And then the hopelessness of it all... I was so immersed that I could feel their fear and despair.. V and IU's acting and chemistry are so excellent. I loved the fact that Taehyung was not the stereotypical fearless male lead. That man was terrified (he acted it so well!!) and that made everything, including his moment of bravery, feel even more real.😢

IU can't hear and V’s one eye can't see .. in the end IU covered the good eyes of Taehyung so he won't see the horrible ending in front of them.. im Stuck at how a single tear from Taehyung’s good eye traced its path down his face and IU’s hand gently covered his eyes. It's as if he found a momentary refuge in her touch, offering a subtle relief from the overwhelming sensation ... AAAAAAAAH I CAN'T STOP CRYING 😭😭😫

The composer, the orchestra, IU's voice, V's acting, and the direction of the MV, it had to have all of these. I'll be honest, the k-drama actors that acted with IU in the past never got me feeling emotional. V's expressions here finally gave IU the proper romance scenes.

This video indeed was beautiful. The first mv in so long that made me cry. IU's vocals touched my soul. V's acting has improved so much, his skills are much more mature now. It has become rare for mvs/singers to showcase true love in their songs these days. Kpop is more about upbeat and strong agendas these days. I really missed simple and beautiful things like these. ❤

IU isn't my usual type of music, but her voice, expression, and emotions make me want to listen to her. I'm amazed by this music video, the lyrics, her voice, and what it does to me. Everyone involved did a fantastic job: the storytelling, production, execution, and acting... Bravo.
It's a story about our flaws and imperfections, about how our perception of ourselves changes when we love and when we are loved (in every form of love, not just romantic), and about how the world can sometimes break us. Very moving.

V's and IU acting was top notch. We all know that IU could make it because she's a full time actress but V only acted in one Kdrama and some people may not know that, he killed the performance too. I would love this to be made into a full blown kdrama with these 2. It doesn't need to be a very long drama, only 8 episodes could be enough, or even 6. A mini series.

Enjoy react with you so much. IU took care of V like an elder sister, so protective of him. Always hold his hand and went into an unknown place first. V’s behaviors are innocent and playful just sooo ‘childishly cute’. Even in the ‘wedding’ part, V’s facial expressions are just like a little boy. I think that’s why at the end when the ‘cube’ came to them, IU did not hesitate to stand in front of V and determined to fight. V probably tried to protect IU the first time. we could see how scared he was but still pull out all his strength and attack the ‘cube’. When they both realized there was no way to survive, IU came up with that V was ‘little’ and must be frightened, then she covered V’s one good eye with her hand gently to ease him. Such a sad, yet beautiful MV. Thank IU and V.❤❤❤

The cube is said to represent the prejudice against those who don’t live up to ‘normal’ standards. Notice how she covers his good eye at the end so that he won’t see what is going to happen to them. THAT is love.

The cube represents the society that is against marginalized people. IU is deaf and taehyung is blind in his one eye, reason why IU covered it so he wont see their end. The camera shows a world for them without the discrimination from people or "love filter". The falling of clothes represent that they are now free from the pressure and discrimination from the society.
