The two title fights were a joke. You had two people trying to put on a good fight, and two people hugging their way to victory while dealing 0 damage. A lot of the other fights felt mismatched, with a sprinkle of entertainment early on. Overall very disappointing card. Not surprised they had a hard time selling tickets for this one. The UFC future is bleak to say the least.

my brother in christ, did you watch the same fight? merab was working, outstriked sean and took him down multiple times and did not just hold him like valentina held alexa.

But when the other guy walks away looking exactly the same as when they started the fight (silva/omalley) then clearly those punches had nothing in them. If O'Malley was mauled for 5 rounds it was by a cuddly koala.

Let me know if I’m wrong but I thought this event was amazing. Something we will never see again, the visuals were insane. Granted, after Zellhuber it was mid but overall great fights overall

@@Tokyoremedy EVERY SINGLE FIGHT WAS A DECISION…for the most overhyped and overpaid for UFC in existence. It did not deliver, hence why I passed out from the boredom. Not even the Sphere was that cool. Honestly, could have used jumbo trons and got the same results.

The Apex is "their arena". They own that venue. In fact you can pay them to rent the venue. but it's for smaller shows. The Sphere isn't meant to host small cards, it's meant for giant shows, big A lister shows.

I made great money on betting on both fights. I had shevchenko to win by decision and i had Merab on ober 4.5 takedowns,merab not being knocked down by a strike from Omalley and for Merab to win by decision. It was a great Parlay that i made off those 2 fights. I only wish i wouldve put up more money on the parley from the start but im not greedy and cant complain.

Omalley do not fought. Like they told him to step back and give the titel over to the small georgien. Strange fight
No one has ever put the pressure on him like Merab did. The best way to think about is, cejudo was out wrestled by Merab and Omalley doesnr have half the wrestling ability that Henry C aka triple C does and he got out wrestled by Merab. Everyone else that Omalley fought never put the pace on him like Merab did. No one walked through Omalleys shots like Merab did. Everyone was timid to just pushing forward and pressing O'Malley. Merab completely demolished O'Malley. for 4.5rounds in every aspect of the fight. O'Malley dismissed Merab and was overlooking him because he wanted to go up and challenge Illia toperia so he could be a double champ.
Then O'Malley tweets with a singlet on even tho O'Malley brags about how no one could take him down and prevent him from knocking his opponent out.
@MidgetPunter Merab was just dancing around like he dont want to step closer and fight. He just got him with the perfect grapling ability all this guys have. He did a good job but He is not a Champion in my eyes. Omalley was very strange in his movements and he don't Strike with his sniper precision like always. Nothing about constant pressure ob him like you said.

The event was absolutely spectacular!! The production was incredible. The vibe in the Sphere was wrestlemania/ Super Bowl vibes. Fighters we thought would steal the show fell flat in unexpected wars and dominant performances.

@@PainIsBetterThanHate Yea , the co main event fell flat for sure but all the other fights were competitive. For PPV’s like this it’s such a treat if you get to watch it with good company friends and family , laughing having a good time , opening the wine and beers , screaming and clapping when strikes land or successful takedowns. We tend to make it a party and the fights just compliment the night haha ! If your JUST watching the fights , I could see the perspective where the card was like a 7/10 for sure.
I love shevchenko she is one of the best female fighter's ever. She is extremely smart and she is cute to top it off. O and her gun tattoo is sexy i think. As a former Marine who's been watching UFC for over 10 years now, I still dont get how these top ranked champions who are defending their belt just not show up to game day. You are being paid a guge lump of money for 25 minutes of performance. To go through all that preparation and not engage for the majority of a fight. 🤔🤔🤔
I agree 100 percent. Like I have said over and over they are pretty much just dancing for 25 minutes now. I wait till fights are over then I see if it was a decision. If so I don't even waste my time. Not giving this now crappy event any more of my money. Unsanctioned street fights are way more entertaining. If these fighters were really trying the fights would not last and then they get less ad revenue.
