Agree that 3D printers are not perfect but without them fun projects like this would not be possible. Also this print was done in glow in the dark filament, so the MC -10 can glow bright green when off, to match the bright green screen when it's on.
very nice! that filament always smells funny :D its abrasive an wears out the extruder. Yours look solid, i need to dial in my settings as my glow in dark prints all seem too brittle. I have blue and green
I remember seeing this at CoCoFEST! last year! Awesome project Charlie!
I believe you just pressed every button in that special part of my brain!!!!!
I can't even fathom the number of hours you put into this. Well done. Love the Ryobi battery mod. Very clever.
I'd have never thought of using a Ryobi battery. I had a laptop that ran on camcorder batteries, but this blows it out of the water.
Thanks it was a fun project to do with my son.
Wow -- i LOVE this project. Amazing work!
Glad you like it! This was a fun one to put together.
Wow, this is amazing.

Need to test my MC-10 still works and maybe try this in the future....
Wow, that's cool! I can't wait until 3D prints don't look so cheap, however.
i think it looks fine, plus anyone can just print way slower with a smaller extruder to get higher quality prints
what the heck
