If I was Tanjiro, I woulda done a mixed outfit between Rengoku & Giyuu, so I can express my favoritism for both of them, and show each of them the respect they deserve for what they've done for me & my sister. After all, Giyuu put his life on the line for Tanjiro & Nezuko, and Rengoku ends up dying while fighting against Akaza, while, technically, protecting both the Kamado siblings + Zenitsu/Inosuke. Both of them are on equal level in terms of deserved respect, seen as how they both have done a lot for the Kamado siblings. It just means that they had a greater impact on their lives than Giyuu did. The flame hashira greatly influenced Tanjiro through his contagious smile, warm, honest, and selfless nature, unwavering determination to eradicate all demons, and unique ideals to set one's heart ablaze which he stood for firmly. His death left Tanjiro devastated and all the more motivated to train harder and defeat Muzan and his uppermoons in order to avenge the flame hashira and all the others who died at their hands. Yeah he was the first one who met the kamados but like its not like they don't appreciate giyuu of course they do why won't they he was the first hashira who helped them they respect giyuu but renguko also played a big part on tanjiros life since he inspired tanjiro
But even tho they are absolutely great full of what our giyuu did that doesn't automatically make him the favorite 😊

Literally giyuu risk his life for tanjiro and almost die because of him, and tanjiro dresses like rengoku knowing that rengoku wanted to kill him at the start and used to refused to accept nezuko, giyuu has every right to be angry

I love the vid, but just because Giyuu saved them, doesn’t mean he has to be their favourite. Tanjiro and Nezuko are grateful to Giyuu, but it does make sense for Tanjiro to dress as Rengoku. Also Rengoku dressing as himself is making me giggle 💀
