Flabbergasted. My grandson introduced me to Uncle Roger 4 or so years ago. My grandson is 16 now, and he still smiles when someone does the HIYa ! And I've watched several Cowboy Kent shows. I didn't know he was a big rancher. I've met a couple of them in Florida. Rare individuals. One looked like Kent, hat, and all.

Oh dear Lord! Never would I have ever thought Uncle Roger and Uncle Cowboy would team up on this channel, and for egg fried rice no less. This was the epitome of entertaining. I was starting to wonder when Uncle Roger would get a hat on his head, then finally at the end. He looks good in that big felt brim. This is one of the most satisfying episodes you've made. BTW, Goya makes an Adobo seasoning containing MSG that I've used and I've seen in a number of cowboy/southwest kitchens. I sprinkle it in my sausage gravy for a little flavor boost, for good effect. So MSG is not a stranger in the old chuckwagon necessarily. Maybe Uncle Cowboy (Kent) will have to pay Uncle Roger a visit in his kitchen and introduce him to a fine plate of fried Rocky Mountain Oysters sometime.
