I have an 02, 3.2 liter, 6 speed Boxster S with Fabspeed Maxdflo exhaust, Evolve CAI, IPD Plenum/TB, catless headers, Numeric shifter etc.and it sounds absolutely glorious/vicious. I actually had the Fabspeed Supercup exhaust first before exchanging it for the Maxflo... interesting thing is that it not only cleaned up the sounds but also smoothed out the flow and there's even videos out there that tested both and the Fabspeed Maxflo exhaust picked up a few more HP... Probably do to more exhaust room to expand etc. But yes, the 986 Boxster is absolutely just as FUN or more do to its lightweight mid-engine design than a 911... imo of course 😂
