My husband is a Los Angeles City Firefighter, his coworker’s house burned down in Altadena so my husband went to help him see if they could retrieve anything….he said it was unreal….miles and miles of burned houses/structures/cars etc. 🥺 Everyone is coming together and there are many donation centers and assistance for those who need to figure out the insurance situation. 🙏🏼 Keep praying for our beloved city 💜🙏🏼 Envy- the average home in LA is above $950,000 last I checked. Here’s my take: I absolutely believe in change and self-betterment. People can grow and evolve, but history still provides important context. When it comes to dating, I think it’s fair to consider someone’s past as a part of the bigger picture-it’s not about holding them hostage to it, but about using it as insight into who they might be today. That said, I’ve learned some things the hard way. For example, I once gave someone the benefit of the doubt who admitted to being a serial cheater in the past. He claimed he’d changed, pinpointed where the issues came from, all of that-and then still cheated four years into our relationship. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice? Not happening. Also, for me, a man with a high body count is a no. It’s not about judgment-it’s about what that behavior reflects. To me, it screams a lack of discipline, self-control, and maybe even some shaky morals. And if you’ve got it in you to jump from woman to woman like that, it feels like an addiction that’s not easily shaken. Cheating in the past isn’t necessarily a dealbreaker. But the ability to treat people as interchangeable? That’s a big red flag. Another non-negotiable: Someone who’s quick to pull a gun for anything other than true self-defense. That level of impulsiveness or anger management is scary. I guess what I’m saying is: I believe in giving people space to grow, but you have to balance grace with wisdom. Just because someone says they’ve changed doesn’t mean their actions have caught up. And for me? There are certain patterns of behavior that are just too risky to ignore
@Gia I believe if my memory serves me correctly it’s called ReInsurance. This is an Insurance company that backs a traditional Insurance company when the payouts exceed what they can handle. Provided that particular insurance company has that to choose because not all insurance companies have ReInsurance sadly.
Envy definitely would not mind if him and that woman with the 50 bodies were living in a bubble. I definitely think he changed his answer because Gia felt away, being that Envy is the only man she has been with. When Gia said she felt like she missed out. She really meant that, but only based on what Envy said.
I love insurance talks lol 🤓 Each year of premiums is paying for everyone else’s claims every year. So they are paying out most of the money received every year for regular losses. They don’t just have it sitting around even if an individual policy isn’t “using” it, it’s being paid out. But there is an expectation of catastrophe built into the price so a very small amount of premium is put aside in case of catastrophe like this one.
I would never knowingly date a person with a double digit body count. And life experience has taught me to never date someone with the street mentality (or formerly a street dude). Most people don't change. Decisions like having multiple sex partners and choosing to live the street life, in most cases, is inherently part of their character. I agree with Gia... it takes something drastic to change that.
