There is urgent need to bring this Old generation while they are around because 80% of our Kenyan population is lucking mentorship. Something many of us may never understand in this entrepreneurs is sacrifice ,humility ,integrity & love they have even for this country something many indigenous Kenyans lack. I did meet a number back in the 80s & realised the ordinary Kenyan has a warped mindset towards everything life. When an African Kenyan excels he spends his entire life destroying everyone else & ensuring no one succeeds. Tenderprenuership has given rise to a self destructive way to ourselves. Our Banking system has always been designed to fight the black Kenyan then we institutionalized ukabila. Get to record the stories of this quickly & thank me later. There is an African School mate to Manu who i used to meet in Ngara in the 80s & would go to a booth & call him . He told as Manu had helped him educate his children something many successful Kenyans don't do. We need more mentors .
