2Inc means increase in next 2 stitches total 4 stitches 3inc means increase in next 3 stitches, total 6 stitches Inc means 2 single crochet in 1stitch ( increase ) 3scinc means 3single crochet in 1stitch Hope it's help you😊

It's fit on my side. There is some solution for you, If ur hoodie can't fit in the head u might need to use a bigger hook, just for the hoodie. Or do not fully fill the head, let it soft. Hope it can help you
