(just search up *member name* png online! ex. +Van Ly Yeah of course! So I first cut out a piece of parchment paper and then put on a piece of clear tape. Then I put down the picture that I wanted to make a sticker and then put another piece of clear tape over that. Then just cut it out just like how I did it in the video. I hope that cleared it up for you. I'm not the best at explaining hehe sorry >.< Anyways, if you need a clearer explanation just let me know!
