that wind is a worthy opponent
The wind noise is very distracting. Otherwise I value the information.
Holy mother of god, learn2field audio recording.
1) Get a decent directional mic
2) Get a decent windshield
3) Turn off the AGC
This video is abysmally recording, unintelligible in places. It's a good piece to use as a "what not to do" when training people to record audio.
great video. used ur technique this morning and knocked 2 minutes off of my pb! get in!
Great video. Great info. Fuck the wind, could understand everything. Thank you Will.
Acceleration is all gravity, sprinting and distance running only essentially differ in fall angle. Inertia cancels out the assumed benefits of pushing, hence the “push off paradox”. Pushing=jumping, but running=falling+change of support
Great content but you need to do a better job of voice recording on almost all your videos. Otherwise, excellent job.
Helpful information
Use a wind sheild on the mic, - please, most of the vokal here i useless..
Running Injury Free Revolution ...... see comments below. Maybe a remake of this video is in order? Yet next time, don't let the wind "kick yer arse" as William Wallace would say. That, or......discuss w/in your videos "the wind can be your friend (tail) or your enemy (face)."
I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!!
This idea of just getting the knees to flex to generate power seems little awkward. All the good runners besides that also hve a hip flexion with knee flexion and then land at the level of the hip. Please elaborate on the same
hello my son plays soccer, will this techniques help in short bursts of sprints
wind grrrrrr
you should improve your recording skills
Gravity from leaning forward CANNOT help you at all to move horizontally. That makes no sense at all
You're just wrong
