Thick Fluffy Deep Dish Cast Iron Pizza At Home!

If you love a nice thick deep-dish pizza give this a try!
Put whatever kind of toppings you can think of and have fun with it!
My favorites are sausage, caramelized onions, and goat cheese
or Chicken, Bacon, red onion!
1 1/2 teaspoons of active dry yeast
1 spoonful of honey
1 cup warm water
1 cup whole milk
2 cups 00 flour
2 cups organic whole wheat flour
1 extra cup of flour of choice
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cup olive oil
