Isn’t the real source the sill plate lack of insulation, or the exterior wall?

Its a 1930's build so there are gaps somewhere (possibly everywhere). My feeling is that it's coming from under the house as the exterior wall has a porch added on.

@googlesucks925 should be able to check with the back of your hand.. . A moist hand will enhance the feeling (due to the cooling turbulent / latent heat of evaporation iirc)
