Laura Moore...There is a setting in which you can adjust the speed of the video so the speaking is slower (or faster). Click the setting button and choose .75 above the normal button. This will slow it down.

I Love it But I have a question is there any other size hoops or just the one because all you speak of is the 10 size no other
Hi Louise, The Baby Lock Solaris comes with these hoops: 10-5/8" x 16”
(272mm x 408mm), 10-5/8” x 10-5/8”
(272mm x 272mm), 5" x 7", (130mm x 180mm)
and 4" x 4” (100mm x 100mm).
I have a very expensive embroidery machine....another well know brand. Bought it ten years ago. Now the computer is obsolete unless you have an old computer with compatible program. I can use cards for designs but when my old computer gives up it will be impossible to use any new computer.

What size hoops come standard with the Solaris 2? I dont find that info on the Babylock website.

Does the Palette comes with the Solaris 2, some of the you tube they say they happy to show the Palette is now with the Solaris. Are they miss leading people or was I to get it with my Solaris 2.
Hi Diana, Palette 11 software does not come with the Solaris II. However, many retailers do sometimes offer bundles that contain both the machine and software.
Why does bobbin thread see to top ie white bobbln comes through
Hi Sam, it could be a couple of different things causing this issue. The top thread could be pulling more because it is too tight or, the bobbin thread is too loose.
I just bought my Solaris 2 August 26, 2020 and I see your hoop is different than the ones that you are showing in your introduction are not same as mine. I have bought the Flourish , Destiny 2, Altair. Also you show that category C shows you can use yarn. I do not have the side piece that is attached to the side of the Solaris for the yarn. I love the Solaris just a lot to get used to. I wish it came with a book. It is easier to look at the book and the Solaris together.

Hi Diana, the hoop featured in this video comes with the Solaris II. The Solaris II does come with four hoops - 10-5/8" x 16”, 10-5/8” x 10-5/8”, 5" x 7", & 4" x 4”. And we believe the side piece you are referring to is the yarn guide. The Solaris comes with an embroidery couching foot and yarn guide. We recommend checking the accessory compartments and any smaller bags that came with your box. We hope this helps answer your questions.
