the reason why seeks eyes are on top of the shaft above the elevator cutscene is because seek is watching over you, watching you reach “floor 2” so he can get a rematch

Some stuff I can theorize:
.I think the claw marks are from an upcoming entity not yet seen.
.The painting in room 60 is of Curios light.
.Seek most likely made the "paintings" to scare the player, cause he can manipulate things around him.
.A-1001 is probably for the Floor two update. Starting at A-1000 instead of all the rooms prior.
.Bob is an entity himself that *can* move, but doesn't. Hence how El Goblino can speak with him.
I feel like the markings on the wall can def be Goblin', cuz' in one of his chats he says "People say I'm small, nah, dud.. I was much bigger when I spawned."
In rooms, you can see text of "Bob" but when you click on it, it's just a text meaning you can change the name.
actually, those non-existing seek paintings and eyeballs sticked to the wall are probably hallucinations, if you look at the seek eyes for a little bit long. you'll see those small tiny replicated eyes appear for a splitsecond which could mean they're hallucinations, speaking with the non-existing seek paintings they're probably normal paintings but due to the seek hallucination it's just a painting that you've never seen before (and feels like you've seen it before)
and i noticed these same vibes (look at the last sentence to know what i'm talking about) it same goes with the entire hotel. maybe everything is a dreamcore (which the person is dreaming) because the physics in doors does not accord to the laws of gravity (and entities like rush, halt, screech etc. are breaking the laws of gravity) but it's impossible to break the laws of gravity in real life. so that means the person is dreaming since ww2 because as captainjackattack explained earlier. the infirmary (around door 60-70) are in hotels because during ww2 we need more hospitals because of the war, and because of that they built hospitals inside a hotel. which could mean the ENTIRE GAME is a dream (similar to the matpat fnaf dream theory)

Actually the painting is a reference to undertale
If you don't know, undertale gives you a ability called "DETERMINATION" so you can save,load,re-load, and rest
And the Yellow star is actually the save point for undertale

The reason why Door 101 and A-1001 exists is because LSPLASH found out that the game will glitch if the room didn't have an enter or exit door to begin with. So, they just plasted these guys just because of the glitch.
If you think about it, the Door to enter rooms basically an Exit as it shows the end screen and the continue to next floor.
I'd assume after the Doors ending Cutscene played the player is teleported to the door and instantly ends the game.
This isn't Door 101 it's just a Placeholder Door to end the game properly.
Because a new feature is progressing between Floors. Rooms is a taste of how Floor 2 will work, you beat floor 1 and have the option to go to the next floor.
Door 100 after beating it would also have this if Floor 2 was out, which we won't see for a while, only a sneak peek that it could be mine themed.
As you said, these doors are most likely here, not because of scrapped rooms, but as a way to trigger the end screen. We don't have any code, so it's unclear why the 2 out of bounds doors are a necessary step to trigger the end screen.

I have a theory that all the entities in doors used to be workers at a hotel, until something happened that turned them into entities, and I think while Figure was transforming, he locked the library doors to prevent himself from leaving and hid the code.

For the 3rd one, all the paintings before the seek chase have eyes on them, and I think that seek found a way to even put his eyes not only on walls, but also inside of paintings. But after he infected the paintings, obviously, they wouldn't be a painting anymore. I don't about the curious light painting all too much, except maybe to warn the player that curious light will replace guiding light in the rooms, but yeah.
I agree on the eyes paintings beings seeks actual eyes. In the video Jack says that the paitning doesn't exist when in game it just says it is not a painting. If it is not a painting it has to be the only other thing shown in the space of the object.. seeks eyes.
This makes for the painting before opening the door. To rooms what if HE. WAS watching us bc when we died in rooms for first time he says *it's hard getting here last time I checked* maybe HE SAW the player getting in to the rooms

About the destruction and claws.
1 - The havoc: There is this dialogue of El Goblino stating the Figure as some sort of meat monster that wrecked havoc all over the place.
2 - The claw marks: It might've been some sort a small battle or confrontation between El Goblino and figure because the havoc and claw marks spawn in latter doors and are near each other.

Tbh I don’t think it’s el goblino cuz in the seek chase there are arms and chances the arms did those damage
I think that the scratch marks are from Dupe actually. We can see that on the picture that appears while loading in the game, Dupe appears on the doorway holding the door with his hands which also have 3 sharp, pointy fingers. The scratch marks are also conveniently on the walls near the doors and doors are where Dupe may appear. Also, on the same picture that we can see him holding the door, the same scratch marks that are in the rooms are present in the picture located in the upper left corner of the picture to the left of the doorway in which we can see Dupe holding the door.
I have been thinking of this and researching to back up my theory. This is finally my opportunity to make my theory known, thank you. Do any of you guys think That this makes sense, or am I the only one who sees sense in this?

A theory of mine for the seek eyes at the elevator is since seek is always watching the player even before his eyes appear so there might be smaller or hidden eyes in every room (obviously not being able to be seen cause that would probably lag tons of peoples games) and the elevator might be the last time seek can actually watch the player (unless he appears in floor 2) so he wants to see if the player has died to figure which from the ending cutscene seek probably assumes happened
Also one of the conversations you can have with el golblino he says that the big meaty guy (most likely figure) came over a d destroyed the shop which is why there's destroyed objects in the shop and is probably who damaged the other rooms probably getting over to door 100

Actually If you listen to a dupe door you can hear dupe strapping the wall so dupe was the one that actually made the stcrapes on the walls in door 60-door 90
You never really see dupes full body so the destroyed rooms could've once been fake rooms and dupe caused the destruction and the claw marks

The claw marks could be another entity that we didn't see, but i think that it might be Figure that tried to look for the player and destroyed the rooms looking for him and i like to think that the doors developers will add him claws in the next update which will probably make him look more menacing.
The seek painting probably means that seek's eyes are actually in the painting and the other one looks like a reference to the save points in Undertale, but it could also be curious light.
I think that in the floor 2 there is going to be another secret gold door which will lead directly to A-1001 and is probably a placeholder for the next update.
Bob probably worked in the rooms, but the entities appeared and he ran away into the hotel, and in the hotel, he probably died, but then used a revive, which made him look like a skeleton, i also think that he is a little bit like Sans, since he doesn't move even if he probably can because he is tired of his misadventures.
For seek's eyes at the end, i think that it means that seek actually watches the player to know his weakness and then kill him.
Bob is actually originally from a game made in 2020 called "rooms", it's a reference to the game "bob's coinventure" and "bob is missing" made by nicorocks5555, i think the doors devs tried to add a reference to rooms into the game so more people would understand that doors was inspired by rooms but it failed
The scratch is from dupe as u can see in the new thumbnail it show dupe with claws and a claw mark next to it

I pretty much without knowing about that dialogue theorized that Figure went past and broke down most of the rooms.
I don’t think its el goblino in my opinion, cause his hands dont have really sharp claws and also his hands are too small for this type of damage on the walls 1:45
My theory about doors 101 and 1001 is that something in the code of the game makes all rooms required to have a door at the end of them, otherwise they wouldn't work.

El globino and bob decided to attack eyes but eyes got stronger and got blast power so when el globino Accedently looked at eyes he got blasted to the wall and he got mad so he mutated into a giant beast and couldn’t control himself so after he took care of the eyes he was still mad so he caused some serious damage and might’ve killed bob

The reason there is door 101, and A-1001 is because the game would break if there was not another door for some reason to do with the scripting of room generation and such.

Since the claw marks are near doors 60 - 80, I think it may be figure trying to get to door 100, then when he gets there he waits for the player. Or the scratch marks could be skeleton bob.

The first mystery isnt really correct, El Globino's hands are tiny compared to the claws. The claws are even almost the same height as El Globino, so its definitly something else

I actually was soon to make a video about how everyone is wrong about doors, and that you’re the bad guy. What I can think with bob, there isn’t one sign of an employee for the hotel, and bob is thought to work in the rooms. Maybe he explored to much and discovered the entites.

The reason why the Jeff room is broken is because El Goblino said “that meat-man came in here and almost destroyed the hole place!”.
For the 1st theory i think a-60 used to be running around the hotel like rush but when he discovered the rooms entrance he charged through and get teleported to the rooms and to back this theory up except for rush no other entity causes damage to the hotel and even rush only breaks some lights and el goblimo isn’t big enough to cause those scratches and a-60 based on his appearance and the sound he makes seems like he would destroy the hotel but there’s more in the rooms some of the lockers are broken you may be thinking a-120 May have done that yes but the broken closets start popping up before a-120 showing a-60 would do damage to the rooms and the hotel but oh my friend I have a mini theory ya tell me if you wanna hear it in the replies it’s all just speculation but that’s just a theory A DOORS THEORY thanks for reading this it means a lot if you have read this whole thing again tell me if you want to hear the mini theory

In the myth of doors 60 to 80, perhaps it wasn't El Goblino who did this, perhaps it was a secondary Boss that will be revealed in the future on floor 2.

My answers to the Mysteries:
1. Figure scratched the marks with his hands 1 by 1, cuz goblino said that the "Macho Meat Man" came through and wrecked the shop.
2. I don't think the Rooms Bob has anything to do with Skeleton Bob. Speaking of Skeleton Bob, I think when he was alive, he and Goblino tried to fight Seek, but as you can see, it didn't work out very well.
3. The Seek paintings have warped the other Paintings, they still exists, and the Star painting exists too, it just doesn't have a Title.
4. I think that the Seek Eyes at the end mean Seek will be following us down, weather he secretly got on the Elevator, or Hes gonna pop up outta nowhere.
5. I think its just a Random Generation glitch tbh lol.

Theory: when Bob was still not dead he used to work in the rooms. But then his other fellow workers disappeared. He was confused about it. After a few rooms he hears a not good static noise. He quickly hide in a locker. That's all I know

For the first one, maybe the Figure ended up in the rooms after escaping the library, and maybe he got into a fight with one of the Rooms entities, and so there would be claw marks on the wall, since he may be being dragged.
I know what you might be thinking, "but figure has no fingers", well what if his teeth can be grown back after being taken off. So that explains that Figure might have taken four teeth off and put it on his hands for the battle.
In the original Rooms, there is a cubicle with the name Bob (reference to Bob is Missing and Bob’s Coinventure by nicorocks5555) so it’s probably a reference to that.
There is a tag named Nico
Maybe the painting in the secret room(Door 60) might be the guiding light.
Maybe the seek eyes painting was a destroyed painting and was replaced by seeks eyes and the frame was the only thing left. The curious light painting is painted by Bob because Bob has seen curious light before in a dream.
I think DUPE was the one responsible for the claw marks, I don’t have proof but that’s what I think. The destructed room is darker than normal rooms and dupe seems to enjoy being in the dark to do chaos.

Nah I think Bob is curious light he entered the rooms and died to one of the entities. His soul resigded in the office and he waited for another person to come and possibly give El goblino another friend. He guides us and make sure we make it through by telling us hints. And El goblino might found Bob around room 60. And he locked the doors with two locks, one skeleton lock and a lever door. And he warns the the player to stay away from it because of the mysterious door and he found Bob lying around there.

I have connected some thing. You know when El Goblino talks about a weird purple thingy? Yes, he may have been talking about glitch, but how would he be able to clearly see his colour? he's literally glitching and had alot of glitch particles. But, if you seemed to notice there are some doors which are broken or look like they were punched / scratched either way on these doors are a PURPLE scratch seeming that the entity that El Goblino is talking about, in this case "The purple thingy" might have caused the purple scratched on some of the doors you pass by in the hotel.
My theory is that the figure pass in doors to door 50-100 with vents in the wall (like door 60)but the vents,in the rooms,are not connected.Sooo the figure pass in that room and smash all stuff there are on his way

Did you know ambush spawns at the 80's there is a reason why thy put ambush in the 80's.
1. Ambush is going to be difficult while also dealing with screech and eyes.
2. But if you have a crusifix you could demolish ambush.
Bonus: they removed ambush breaking the light, because they don't want to be hard to deal with ambush when you dealing with both screech and ambush.
I feel like the claw marks were made by Jeff. As one of el goblinos lines, it was talking about how you shouldn’t change Jeff’s radio. Maybe bob was killed from doing that and he was chased through the hotel. Maybe Jeff’s shop was earlier in the game and they moved there at the end of the chase.
Rush is a monster not just a head but it's covered by black fog which caused the mystery claw marks.
The "eye painting" says when you interact with it:" this isn't a painting" so basically that just seek eyes who took over that painting itself.
