I think the real power of bespoke Battlegarb comes in rakdos rats where you can attach it to a rat and imagine rat wearing a little suit of armor while running into battle. If you have multiple copies of bespoke you could have your own little hoard of armored mice, in little armored mice batallions charging in some ill fated campaign like a rodent charge of the light brigade
If you want a serious opinion, I think k the card will have good synergy with first strike, life link, trample, haste, flying, double strike, menace, roles, celebration cards, rats and bargain assuming you can get the celebration to work with any degree of regularity, you should get some chip damage and incremental value out of it. Even has synergy with cards like boundary land rangers and that w/r adventure guy that tutors an artifact and buffs your board. Seems more like the kind of card you would want when your draft went sideways and you only have partial set ups. Probably only a D+ maybe even a C-, but seems better than an F.
Rule 111.5, If you would create a token but can't because reasons, it never created. Since every role maker says it's created attached to a creature, if there no creature, it can't be created.
In the new Tormenting Voice it says to create a Wicked Role "attached to up to one creature" so for this you don't create it only for it to not attach, if you don't choose a target nothing is created, then?
@@GoldoaDragon To quote wizards themself about roles "In rare cases, a spell or ability might attempt to create a Role token enchanting a permanent that it can't legally enchant (because of an ability like protection from enchantments). In such cases, the Role token isn't created." How it applies to this case is you are trying to enchant nothing, which can't been enchanted by roles. So rule 111.5 happened.
She will be a ton of fun in Commander. As someone who loves and regularly plays this type of commander who makes bad cards good, be sure to have plans B, C and D for when your commander isn't out on the board or is too expensive to bring back for the ninth time that game.
I really doubt this arthurian legend/western fairytale set has a card referencing RWBY, one of those magical fighting girl anime. It's probably just coincidentally the same, but referencing little red riding hood.
Is it just me or does Bespoke Battlegarb make little sense flavour-wise? Why does a BattleGARB provide you with only power and not toughness? Why does triggering a Celebration make you attach it to anything you point at? Doesn't Bespoke imply that you made this thing with very specific measurements so it would be a fit for a particular indicidual and not any Average Joe? Or is just that you put two knights that had one too many on the board and they go: - Hey, Syr Robin, I bet I can put this thing on and still look dashing! - I dunno, Syr Dennis, it seems four sizes too small for you... - Just watch me! Here, hold my ale!

No it isn't. If you have a card you want to find the grade of, its a lot more intuitive to look for it in an alphabetical list than to go by cmc or rarity.
I just finished watching black review and thought “man I can’t wait for red” … 9 minutes later … here it is! Nizzahon really is magic !
Red looks absolutely amazing in this format, I might be wrong but I'm currently placing it as the strongest color
Not seeing that at all but who knows
It often looks very good- premium removal at common in nearly every set, and aggressively statted creatures.
I think Black is the best color. The amount of premium removal and other value cards are insane.
Black seems abizmal by far the best colour :)
Green seems less bad than usual at least.
So THIS is where Johnny's coin went! 6:55
Wait, are you telling me I actually have something to do today at work? Sweet.
And man this came out fast, almost like had haste!
something that isn't mentioned in the video is that Curiosity is on the Enchanting Tales bonus sheet and that plays *really* well with Unruly Catapult

I mentioned rats when I talked about it, but I'm still pretty skeptical.
@NizzahonMagic You'll lose every game but have fun doing it. Just need to make up a back story for every rate soldier

I found the flavor text on harried Spearguard actually so hilarious that I made a custom card that's called "Brick"
It's food.
Not sure how much this changes but the trebuchet untaps on adventures as well diesn't it?
Yeah
Korvold and the Noble Thief is slow but it does at least have the upside maybe of triggering Celebration as well the turn it comes down.
If you're in a celebration deck, you don't want that card
I wonder if you are talking faster than in earlier episodes? Some textboxes are hard to follow because they are longer these days.
Monstrous Rage: Red's attempt at Rancor.

I believe it fizzles because it doesn't have a legal target.

Check out the last episode of the "Worst Possible" commander show to see if your theory holds up

that edgewall pack way better than a C+
I wish that dog pack instead of coming with a rat had a do 1 damage to any target creature instead. Why on earth would dog team up with a rat?
So Red is good. Ok I’m surprised
Ruby is a reference to the main character from RWBY, Ruby Rose, who is herself a reference to Red Riding Hood.

Red getting the short end of the stick as usual
You crazy? It just was one of the best colours in LotR Limited, second only to black.

Red is not good in this set. I predict red mains getting dunked on hard. Better luck getting more broken pirates in Ixalan.
