Yeah but they haven't released any music, albums.. etc in over 10 years now. They aren't gonna have the same success as they once had. They need Heidi back and a good team/management. The girls don't like to be bossed about though.
Keisha Buchanan is still to be discovered ,in my opinion...we had glimpses of her talent in the sugababes/MKS..but she definetely needs a solo project, that let her shine on her own, cause i feel like she has it
I know who sugababes are because I read the sun , mirror and daily mail back in the day, but being American this is the first time I've heard their music thru this series. Thank you Georgina!!
Completely disagree - I love Nadine but her and Sarah were the worst on that performance and added riffs and runs that didn’t fit - especially nadines first one. Sarah’s voice is too shouty for this as well. The other 3 fit the song better.
Respect your opinion but none of the other 3 would of been able to of sung nadines or Sarah’s part! I will agree Nadines first run is a little off! Sarah has power in my opinion not shouty!
Please watch her solo performance after she was removed from the sugababes. She’s honestly like a different singer, confidence and power in her voice is much better. Loving this series.
Msnjolo She was kicked out by Heidi and Amelle back in 2009 after claims she was a bully. They replaced her and released an album with all her vocals removed and the girls put in. It didn’t do very well and they haven’t released music since. Now Keisha is back with the original girls under the name MKS
James deserves a reaction for his solo performances, he has lots of good ones from 2016, specially "I won't let you go". Take a look on that if you can ;)
James contracted whooping cough as a new born and nearly died several times. It left him without the ability to have a clear singing voice. It gave him an unintentional rasp. That could have something to do with it.
What I like about her is that her tone is very distinctive, a lot of black singers sound very soulful but a lot sound very similar, where as her tone is quite unique.
(Ben again) I think this might have been a bit last-minute, thus the nerves and getting better as it went along. But yeah, pretty great! And you were spot-on with the criticism.
She is good but in my opinion she just can’t stand Nelly Furtado who is obviously the original female part in that beautiful song... And James‘ Voice is just incredible even though his agility in this wasn’t as good as hers. :)
James was way better in the chorus than the intro, his low notes are kind of mediocre. Keisha was way better singing solo than with him I thought. Her vibrato was gorgeous and her runs were great but when she sang with him, I thought she was just a little bit nasal in the harmonies.
Love my girl !! But in terms of uniqueness and tone MUTYA owns sugababes With Keisha very close 2nd!!!! Click up or down if you agree/disagree..... But I'm sure you will agree 😂🤣👈🏽
Personally, I think they are both phenomenal performers in their own right, but I feel that they lacked Chemistry and only gained a rapport in the last quarter of the track. I kind of feel like Keisha was trying to riff her way through to show off her solo vocal technique and ability that she couldn't do within the group. This may be due to lack of rehearsal (Like with the sync issue) but who knows. Rumors circulated around the time of the Sugababes that Keisha was notoriously difficult to work with, could this have been the issue?
I think so , I feel she was trying to outsing James while she performed with him with his voice , she should have complimented his voice not tried to overpower it
She's trying to outsing him , it's his song she's suppose to compliment his voice on the song ,.I feel she treated him like a backup singer.on her track, and that's a little delusional when James has such a outstanding voice , at one point it was as if she was in competition with him, I feel like he was trying to hold back a little so the voices mixed well together, I get bad vibes from her in this performance, and I've never heard of the rumors she's difficult to work with untill I read the comments
I think they both realized towards the end there they needed to pull their socks up and make it pop. Was he not in the mood that day, or is it true and she's a bit mean? Until the end they might as well have been in separate rooms, no vibe.
James morrison is absolutely treeeeemendous! Has such a unique and distinct voice. I dont think keishas voice sits well with james raspy voice on this. Shes a fab singer but just not suited to sing with james
Someone is terribly flat and I can't tell who. I love them both tho, but the song which featured Nelly Furtado originally was prob the best out of all of them tbh.
nelly furtado was the original singer on this song with james, james has a nice raspy voice, I could listen to his voice. TBH she sounds better than nelly anyway.
Given that James had performed that song many times and that was Keisha’s first and only performance of it she did an incredible job, just love her
I really miss Keisha's voice. It's so distinctive.
Sugababes were such as era in pop music. So sad it ended.
Sir George they back bitches
Keisha is back with mutiya and siobhan in the sugababes
@@feridedogan7653 since 2013 - first as MKS now as the reformed Sacred Three ❤️

This is a superb performance - Keisha's voice fits this song perfectly!
James's vocals are UNIQUE! He's the best!
She's the best singer and the most beautiful girl in the group
Keisha Buchanan is still to be discovered ,in my opinion...we had glimpses of her talent in the sugababes/MKS..but she definetely needs a solo project, that let her shine on her own, cause i feel like she has it
Keisha has always and always will have an amazing voice
Omg this is what I asked you to review for Keisha! Thanks so much for listening :) x
Wow I’ve never seen this but it’s the best I’ve heard Keisha live! :) loved it
I know who sugababes are because I read the sun , mirror and daily mail back in the day, but being American this is the first time I've heard their music thru this series. Thank you Georgina!!
Watch the Corrs Live proper pop live.. . Keisha is an amazing singer.. i just love her rifts.. her style .. he has a lovely voice
The original singer was Nelly Furtado, which in my opinion is the best version! She’s sooooo good!
I'm so obsessed with Keisha Buchanan too
The girls aloud and James Morrison version is really good!! Nadine and Sarah are outstanding on there! ☺️👌🏼
Completely disagree - I love Nadine but her and Sarah were the worst on that performance and added riffs and runs that didn’t fit - especially nadines first one. Sarah’s voice is too shouty for this as well. The other 3 fit the song better.

Nicola and Kimberley harmonised great in that performance! Cheryl wasn’t good in that
You are so much fun! Love your channel.
Please watch her solo performance after she was removed from the sugababes. She’s honestly like a different singer, confidence and power in her voice is much better. Loving this series.
Wait she left the sugababes!? When?!
Msnjolo She was kicked out by Heidi and Amelle back in 2009 after claims she was a bully. They replaced her and released an album with all her vocals removed and the girls put in. @@arranblyth7618 they got the Sugababes name back, they have a song coming out with DJ spoony.. Next week?
phayze2that I really hope that is true! They deserve the name! Got me all excited now 😂.. has it been confirmed?

Yes, I think it was nelly furtado 🥰
James contracted whooping cough as a new born and nearly died several times. It left him without the ability to have a clear singing voice. It gave him an unintentional rasp. That could have something to do with it.
Rodismymuse82 that’s what makes him unique and I love he’s voice.
Should look at her singing fearless
There are two Girls Aloud live performances of this song also (with and without James)
james’ voice is very nice
James is one of the few male voice that can make cry like a kid.
Love Keisha in this 👏🏾💛
What I like about her is that her tone is very distinctive, a lot of black singers sound very soulful but a lot sound very similar, where as her tone is quite unique.
THE BEST SUGABABE
Nelly furtado ♥️
I miss her!

God what a great song that one was.
honestly he should have released this version in the uk
She out sings him.... xx
Lol shes louder
Lmao no chance get new ears maybe
She's louder that's about it
The GIRLS ALOUD out of control tour cover is my FAVEEE! Check it out!
She is good but in my opinion she just can’t stand Nelly Furtado who is obviously the original female part in that beautiful song... And James‘ Voice is just incredible even though his agility in this wasn’t as good as hers. :)
But her Control is great. And yes i Love Nelly s voice color alot. But keisha has very strong high notes wich Nelly dosent have
When was this performance actually recoded?
2008.
James was way better in the chorus than the intro, his low notes are kind of mediocre.
Keisha was way better singing solo than with him I thought. Her vibrato was gorgeous and her runs were great but when she sang with him, I thought she was just a little bit nasal in the harmonies.
No discredit to him, I love the version he released and the original partner. However I’d have preferred Keisha doing this as a solo.
What word does he sing which requires pitch correction - I don’t hear it?
ua-cam.com/video/26PAgklYYvo/v-deo.html James Morrison - Broken Strings ft. Nelly Furtado (Official Video)
"Have you noticed he's got really loose diction". Come on, it can't just be childish me that laughed at that. 🤣🤣
Poor James, I expect he did love Keisha a little less than before after she buried him in this.
James is genio
Nelly furtado fits better in this song but this is good too
Missing Nelly in this performance... :(
They didn’t seem to interact at all. Not much of a duet. Prefer the original, but I do like his voice.
Keisha Buchanan is a much better singer than Nelly Furtado. He should have recorded this with Keisha.
Here early
