Long ago, a species of sentient pigmen lived in the overworld, they were the ones who created the original schematics for villages (only recently has a better model been created), however they soon got outcompeted by the vilager species.
The pigmen would flee to the nether, and trough evolution they would trade their higher tought skills (unnecessary) for impossibly long lives (in a zombified fashion)
Now that the nether has developed new resources allowing for complex societal development, the zombie pigmen have a reason to evolve into a smarter form, but due to incresed variety in threats, the old pigmen form would not suffice, they needed a more hardy form: the Piglin
You’d think that after a society has been created it would take a while to create its own sense of “fashion”...
...BUT NOPE, LESS THAN A YEAR AND THEY ALREADY HAVE GOLD MONOCLES AND CLASSY SUITS AND HAT N’ SHIT

"They'll pick you to shreds!" -then he thinks for a second-"I know, I might have some **snort** gold armor at my house!"
"Also, be careful, this area seems dangerous for someone wimpy like you!" -he laughs a bit

You follow the strange humanoid pig out of the building and towards the lava. As you reach the edge, the pig creature hands you a bottle of glowing orange liquid. You recognize this to be a fire resistance potion. " Here, **oink**, drink this, an' follow me." the creature says. He then takes out his own bottle and quickly swigs it down. "Follow my lead," He says, before promptly diving headfirst down into the lava.
You watch him fall, dumbstruck and shocked. He hits the lava with a gloopy splash, and bobs up a second later. "C'mon!" he calls, "Before the effect wears off!" And, so, you hop in after him. You teeter on the edge fora second, before taking deep breath, and jumping. You feel yourself scream with fear, and only remember to close your mouth and eyes at the last second.
You bob backup to the surface a second later, and the strange pig creature beckons to you. "Follow me," he says, as he begins swimming through the lava.
You follow him through the sea of lava, marveling at the new wonders the Nether has to offer...

It has a saddle, like it was previously used a lot of times, and horns sticking out of its head. It looks promising. You ask the pig: "Hey, what's that? " The pigs face lights up. "Its a strider. Here, try climbing on it." You refuse. "What does it do?" you ask. He laughs and says "Its the same concept of a taxi in your world." He helps you up, then slides up behind you. You hold the horns with a death grip, not wanting to fall in the lava again. Out of the corner of your eye , you see a black and white achivement pop out of the top right of your view called "This boat has legs, flashing through the strider in different poses before disappearing. " You don't tell the pig, not wanting him to think that your crazy. "The nether is full of surprises!" you thought. The strider moves along the path at a decent pace. After a while, you finally see the silluates of a tower in the distance. As you step onto the tower, another one of those achivements pops up at the top right. "A terrible fortress." Like the first one, it stays for a couple of seconds before disappearing. You get a bad feeling about this, but you decide the pig seems trustworthy enough .You follow the pig in...
