I had to comment on that on her previous video because it broke my heart for her because I've heard of the phone issue with another Jamaican on tik tok who just went to America and was left by the way by hèr mom and step dad😢. It may sound simple to some, but imagine being new in a 1st world country without a phone to navigate your way or make contact 😢

Most of them like green lizard, when them can't get to run you totally, and have you totally dependent on them; helpless and hopeless, they start been spiteful. Just take one day at a time. Kim i’m a new immigrant as well. And some days I go into depression some days i’m good. But the thing that keeps me going is prayer and faith in God. So just pray. I started writing to God too and it has helped me a lot. So just keep pushing and keep praying.
You don’t need to share at all. I don’t believe people should share every personal thought, or detail of their lives on social media. People will think and believe what they will anyway, let them. Many are rooting for you regardless. We want to see you win! That said, it’s wonderful that you’re seeing a therapist, I pray it proves fruitful for you. Keep growing. Going to therapy was the best decision I made for myself and getting my mental health back on track while I was going through separation and every session I felt relieved after each talk with my therapist❤

Kim rice gives the most anxiety as well but not too many people know, so Becareful…. Try to limit carbs and sugars in general and take natural magnesium supplements to help- exp tahini. Good luck
@@theofficialfriendlyretrievers wow, never heard this. I love rice, eat it everyday. I know a drop in your blood sugar can make you anxious. Maybe that’s the connection. When you eat too many carbs without the right amount of protein, your blood sugar can crash and drop too low. You need protein to help keep it balanced.
No- rice is naturally loaded with arsenic- its the way its grown. So if you figure how arsenic works on the brain and system in general, then you figure what the rice is able to do- and plus its a heavy carb- so figure what all that taxing does to the system. Just look at those Asian

I went through therapy as well and it was the very best decision I ever made after I got divorce. I am owed healed and happily married to an amazing respectable man. It’s always good to drain your thoughts to professionals you don’t know. I never regret therapy never. You will get to find out things from your childhood you never imagined.
