My UC contacted me yesterday with a wave 👋🏽 after 2 1/2 months ghosting . It’s taking all my will power to NOT respond. I want to out of curiosity and I don’t want to cos I feel so content in myself. He’s still with his karmic, so I’m kind of not interested, Im so confused. I’m going to see what happens in my dream tonight with my higher self 🙏🏽💚
Definitely stop following them, but blocking is a personal decision. If it helps you to pull your energy back, then yes. More importantly, work on yourself and find things in life that bring you joy.

OK... 60 days... I have almost everything walled off... Just the videos keep me company.
