The healing passive i guess
I though ti is the talent that heals you after a basic attack but i saw her talent is war cry so maybe the passive of ixia is the healing after 1 basic attack but im not sure

nah after u hit a target (towers not included) 2 times her third basic attack on that specific target does more damage and heals her
