I noticed in your videos you have a Bastl Kastle. I've been wanting one for a long time but I've held off because the tiny patch cables seem fiddly. How do you like it for noise? I'm thinking I might pick up the regular Kastle and the new Wizard FX together to make a nice little portable noise setup for traveling.
@@bleepinnbloopin1175I love the Kastle, and I find it does a fantastic job creating noise, there's even an input for adding white noise to the patch. The wires do become fiddly, but for the most part there's not a lot of wire manipulation after a patch is created. The only other manipulation I can think of is using the +/- outputs. Plus will add to whatever output you connect to, when plugged into the Bit In input, it will add notes to the sequence, and if plugged into Stepped, it will add steps to the sequence. The Negative, when plugged into Bit In, it will cut the sequence in half, which is fun for break downs I'm new to synthesis, and only had the Kastle for a little over a year, with minimal time to jam, so you can take my recommendation with a grain of salt. I got the Kastle to learn, and it's been a fun journey. I'm also hoping to get a Wizard in the new year, or the Micro Granny lo-fi sampler.
it's a pretty scary noisevember piece!
Welcome to the Church of Noise. Amen.
