Advice from a DC native: DO NOT PADDLE BOARD IN THE POTOMAC. YALL REALLY DONT WANNA FALL IN. ITS SO POLLUTED
Deadass plus you don't know how deep it is or what is in it other than geese poop.
Awesome video, we love DC, and Matthew Rodrigues, too!!!
POPSUGAR naw nigga Dc is crazing you tripping like big shoes🤦🏻♂️
you would have better luck finding a unicorn in dc than any decent nightlife
My advice is to avoid contact with the Potomac at all times
Live in DC. Why have i never heard of these things?
Well they're not secrets anymore…
wow. i actually thouth this title said the 5 best kpop secret spots. excuse my eyes.
There are plenty of unicorns in DC. The other day I wanted to buy nice stationary, and I ended up walking into a hand-engraved letter shop that the presidents have been using diplomatically since the bush administration. There was nobody there, and Fur Elise was playing. There were leather cases on the tables filled with memorandum from meetings between presidents of the United States and foreign leaders, and the guy at the desk let me look through them. At the end, he gave me a hand-engraved business card etched in extremely high quality paper that is supposed to last hundreds of years.
It ain't a secret anymore!
I love the suggestion about going to the National Zoo in the early morning. I used to take my morning run through there very early and it was so satisfying to be there with just me and the animals and only a handful of people.
how are they secret if people now and have known about them?
I jog by the potomac everyday. Its so filthy I couldnt imagine paddling a board on the water without falling in. Omggg Im clenching my legs as I type lmao
I was looking for something thats legal there, but not in Richmond, Va..🌲🌲🌲🚬 Is that even a secret anymore?
That ending was the best. It should be an advertisement for Washington DC.
Yay 3rd comment and under 301☺️
Me and my gf planning to visit washington DC. Can you provide me the hilton address you stayed and what transit or transportation? THanks
I never heard about the tunnel before.....😅😅😅
great ideas and great presentation! Matthew is just so likable ^__^
D.C. is my childhood home i was born and raised there and i had no idea bout this stuff existing !!! I'm gonna fly home for the paddleboarding !!! Lol
Wow!!! I have lived in the area my whole life and never knew about the Dupont underground tour. Also, I did not know the zoo opened at 6:00 am. Parking galore.
~after all that calories 😂😂😂
we used to sneak into the dupont tunnels when I was a kid. There's tunnels in Riverdale maryland also kinda near Goodluck road. ahhhh my childhood (I'm only 22 but for some reason when I watch videos about dc I get nestalgia and feel older than I am lmao!)
and EWWWW who in the world would want to go paddle boarding in the Potomac. that's just gross, lol I don't think that's a very good idea XD if you lived in the DMV you would know that is one gross ass body of water....
Damn I lived here all my life in the DMV and some of these things I didn't know great video!!!!
Bro if you fell into that water you'd contract so many diseases it's not even funny, I am in D.C. right now and I want to stay far from that body of water.
A fun past time in DC is to head up Georgia ave or 14th street way after midnight and hear the gunshots ring out. Getting a blow job on a development site ain't too bad either.
I just went to DC and though it was great, I wish I would have watched this video before I went!!!
You didn't miss much... this list of "hidden places" is substandard at best.
