Edinburgh Castle Tour, Edinburgh, Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿[4K]

Today we’re taking a tour of Edinburgh Castle. Set in Scotlands capital city Edinburgh, the Castle is steeped in almost 1000 years of history. We’ll get to see Edinburgh’s oldest building, St Margaret’s chapel which was built in 1130. We’ll witness the firing of the 1 o’clock gun which dates back to 1861. The castle has been used as a Royal Palace, a military barracks and also a prison, so let’s walk in the footsteps of Kings and Queens, soldiers and even the odd rogue or two!
Almost every part of the castle is covered apart from The Roy’s Scots Dragoon Guards museum and the museum of The Royal Scots and the Royal Regiment of Scotland which due to very heavy rain were absolutely packed and nigh on impossible to film.
