Throwing heavy stuff to UFO causes Tsunami Earthquake place, after it happen, we can cause steam pressure pipe to burst by slamming down the collesium look like The volcano area we can cause it to erupt and shoot volcanic rock by slamming down to its 3 column. Not sure at other place. Fav. stuff to throw- oil truck and pointy antenna.
When I was a kid, I used to play Split Screen with myself, and pretend all the monsters were friends or something. Like I'd get all Aliens and put them on the spaceship and pretend they were on a mission 🤣🤣🤣

I like Ultra-V and Kineticlops. By the way Kineticlops was an unlockable character in the bike game Downhill Domination which is another underrated gem of the ps2
Ahead of its time, really. Unique movesets, stage interactions (UFO on Japanese map), picking up shit to throw, picking up other monsters to throw, 4 skins for each monster, and the list just goes on. Hidden gem that I wish more people heard of.

My grandpa's house was once a PS2 arcade club. I and other kids had alot of funs with this game. The best thing about this game is throwing oil trucks while screaming 'AN OIL TANKER FOR YOU!' at your opponent.

When I was a kid, my only mission was to kill things with his close range special. And grab steel beams and the sword from Gamblers Gulch to swing around like a sword. This game needs online support so we can all relive this game together. Remind us of simpler times.
I love this game. I used to play this with my cousins, not to fight each other! But to just have fun. Destroying buildings, throwing stuff at UFOs, etc. Man i miss this game so much!
I feel like this game layed such a good foundation for a ever better sequel. If we got this more content and monsters along with each monster getting more unique and varied moves further diversifying them. I would cry tears of joy.

Man, I played the crap out of this as a kid. I had a demo of it on the Summer 2003 Jampack demo CD for the longest time. Then I found the full version at Cash Converters, and flipped my freaking LID. (Also, Kineticlops is a giant freaking Sith.)
Magmo is my favorite character to play fr Raptros and Togera are my next choices this game is amazing and I think it would be sick as f**k if NRS took the liberty to remaster it all the original characters plus some new ones 👍👍😎
I pulled out my ps2 for my 2 sons today and put this on. Theyre absolutely love it like i did as a child and i only had the demo at the time. I never knew how these skins looked until now and me and the boys are literally on a quest to unlock them. Now im a grown ass 33 year old feelin like im 13 again lol😝

My childhood friend who owned this game was obsessed with it. I've never been to big on tournament fighters but thought it was pretty enjoyable. My favorite was the gorilla because he was the most OP. :D
This game was actually super hard and fun as fuck continuously I had hours of fun with my friends sometimes just laughing at different moves or aiming ultimates in a weird way I loved the Japanese robot and the electric eyeball guy but I was so young I never even beat the game before my copy eventually just got too scratched over time T.T
MOCKERY: Raptros is not a homage to classic monster films,he is just there. COINCIDENCE: Final Boss Cerebulon in his 2nd form looked like the inspiration to Spielbergs' "War of the Worlds" remake in 2005. In that remake it had aliens piloting tripods.
Out of all the ps2 games that were out during both the time i had mine and the entire lifespan of the console, this was the one game i had always wanted to play.
I used to play this everyday with the nextdoor kid, we grew up next to each other until 7 or 8 when his family moved. Havent seen him since, its been more than 11 years. I dont think it is possible to have anyone over to play splitscreen games like this anymore, too busy/too old and all those. Man I miss the old days.

me and my friend would kinda explore the levels, and sometimes just take some hits on each other, that or go into story mode

He's probably more inspired by the Marvel monsters from 50's comic books. Living elements were a fairly common archetype for them.
